I purchased a doctor's weighing scales,to accurately measure my weight they are well worth the money I would highly recommend this seller

I received a foot spa in a damaged box and the item was broken upon using. I filled it up and it leaked everywhere due to a crack on the one side of the foot spa, barely visible but it leaked underneath. I returned the item on the same day.

I sent an email with photo proof of the damage as requested, however they didn't reply to this, but funnily replied within 30 minutes to the second email when I had confirmation of the DPD parcel return 4 days later.

They will happily take your money, but take days to answer queries or to process refunds.

This was my first time purchasing and will probably be the last. I will be waiting days for a refund to shop elsewhere, not happy.

I have quite a few Homedics products and really like them.
I recently had one of my air purifiers develop a slight fault, and I contacted the company for advice.
I couldn't find my original purchase receipt or remember where or how I paid for this particular one! So the company used the manufacture code to date the product. This proved my product was around 3 years old from manufacture (the warranty is 3 years!)
They then decided it was probably out of its warranty (just!) and they couldn't help.
I wrote back and said I was not happy with this as all I wanted to know was if the product was dangerous or fixable, especially in view of the new environmental policies beginning to come in, we should not be just throwing out electrical items that are just a few years old! We should be able to repair them.
The company escalated my enquiry and very kindly replaced the unit for me (upon return of the old one). I had to pay the postage obviously, but I didn't mind as I couldn't give proof of purchase as such, and it was a fairly pricey item.
I thought this was a superb response, after an initially disappointing one.
This is a great example of customer service, and means I remain a happy and loyal customer of the company. When you make up for disappointing service or mistakes, customers are happy. Thank you homedics!

Bought the Homedics Pro massage gun and was really impressed with packaging, the case the product came with and the product itself. Really great quality and price and the instructions were helpful too. Would buy again from this website

This massage pillow does exactly what it is supposed to.

My item broke within 8 months of use. I have not been offered a replacement or a full refund.
Boots are selling their items out of date, after their warranties have expired!

Purchased a HoMedics Indoor 3-Tier Relaxation Tabletop Fountain on Amazon. It was delivered with a single-voltage power adapter incompatible with my sockets and voltage system. Contacted support. They refused to help and claimed that - despite it being available, sold, shipped, and delivered in/to other countries - using it outside the USA nulls and voids the warranty.

I bought an Ellia diffuser from QVCUK. It has worked 2 or possibly 3 times (usually in the bathroom sink -didn't want to spill water.) Each time it worked, I thought I'd nailed it. Tried it again. Nothing. I really convinced myself that I was doing something wrong. I then went on line and found out that many people had experienced the same thing. I contacted the supplier and initially was referred to QVCUK and advised that their 2-year guarantee would solve the issue. The guarantee is 1 year. QVC were extremely helpful, but couldn't find any trace of my order. Back to Homedics. Not particularly helpful and shunted off to the Spanish vendor. Yes, I live here, but I ordered it from the UK and it was delivered to the UK. Spain has nothing to do with it. Anyway, I just want to alert readers/viewers to the fact that if yours doesn't work properly, it's probably not your fault. And don't expect much help from this particular seller. Waste of money for me anyway. I certainly won't buy from them again.

Two stars as I do like the products. But following a conversation over email I'm not best pleased. I paid for next day delivery (which was offered to me on the company website via checkout). Unfortunately, this delivery didnt happen next day. I didn't feel it necessary to spend an hour reading the companies terms and conditions on the website just so the checkout system didn't stitch me up! However, I then found out my delivery wasn't coming the next day. I then emailed customer services and spoke to someone called Carmen, and I was simply directed to the terms and conditions page on the website which stated no delivery refunds.
So I paid for next day, this didn't happen, so surely out of common decency you would thought a slight refund would be in order, but no. It's not like it cost anymore.

Ordered my husband a Shiatsu Back and Shoulder Massager on the 14th for his birthday at the end of this month.
No dispatch email yet or response to my emails. You would think ordering direct you would get better service. No.
Won't be ordering from the company again.

Terrible customer service, after stringing along the support asking for various receipts, images number etc, they said I should just return it to the retailer, something which could have easily been done without all the emailing back and forth.

The model itself was okay, but build quality poor. It's been used maybe 50 times and come apart at the seams.

It may be worth noting I wouldn't be writing this at all, but the CS was so poor!

I got a shiatsu pillow as a gift from my company. It was shipped from the US. It never really worked. I contacted customer service and I was told that there’s nothing they could do. So here I am with a brand new shiatsu pillow that simply doesn’t work.

Terribly disappointed with this company. They keep saying that they have sent my toilet brushes and blame royal mail. Cant get any tracking information. Royal mail say they haven't received them, and to contact supplier

The product is great for sore muscles with the heat but needs a cover due to being too firm on legs for my elderly mother.
