Happy with the service, the installer was great. The finished product was very satisfactory and it was all tidied up extremely well. We would recommend this company.

Had a blast into the past today with this company. A pleasant seeming guy called at our house claiming to be working on a neighbours house and asked whether there was anything we needed doing. I explained we would be open to having a quote for both a new door on our conservatory and an all weather roof. I was told they could come back at 1:00 and leave a few quotes for our consideration. I explained that my husband was at home, and may be available briefly, but I was told the quote would be viable for a year. All seemed very relaxed.
I then received a phone call explaining my husband would need to be present for the whole quoting process (told 45 minutes), I explained that this would not be possible as he was doing online work calls, although would be able to quickly meet the person quoting. I found it very difficult to end the call and my husband heard me trying to wind the call up, and so came through and explained a sale had been lost.
A few minutes later, the original guy came back and asked what went wrong. I explained what had occurred from our perspective. I also explained that in our house, it is me that is responsible for DIY decisions, and the call from head office felt sexist. I also explained my husband was just not available for a full 45 minutes. I was then asked when he was free. I explained he was often free before 11 am and after 9pm, because he is doing teaching calls to America and Australia, the previously pleasant guy then said ‘oh he’s busy all day and night then’. He also said we should want to spare 45 minutes if we are ‘spending thousands of pounds’. I explained if it would cost lots of thousands of pounds it is not something we would want done. He walked off saying ‘well good luck to you if you want to spend thousands of pounds with no discussion’.

Home Exterior have done multiple very professional jobs for me. All done in a timely manner. I have had windows, roofing work and they have just finished my extension and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend this company. Extremely polite and pleasant to deal with.

The initial job was to clean and spray our bungalow roof and we were happy with the price and the quality of the work. Then the salesman came back to sign off the work and take some pictures along with an £500 credit against any future work, this was because people in our village had seen the sign outside our house and had places orders for work (I wonder if that was true). Then the pressure started to increase, I politely explained three times that we did not want any other work undertaken at the moment but the pressure kept increasing. In the end I ordered him out of the house (but he still kept my wife talking at the door for another 10mins). UPDATE: I understand from Home Exterior that the salesman is receiving additional in-house training and he will be working with a more experienced colleague when he starts visiting potential customers.

I had my facias and soffits replaced. The job was completed in a timely manner and all rubbish was removed, and my property was left very tidy. A slight hiccup with the scaffolding subcontractors, but Home Exterior responded well and still completed by the agreed time. Looks much better and will hopefully future proof the loft/roof edges.

The salesman was clearly anxious to get the business, but he obviously understood the work involved and was able to give a a quotation there and then. Having looked at the company's web site and at Trustpilot I was happy to place the order and pay the 25% deposit, which was reasonable as the company had to get quite a lot of materials. And I knew that paying by credit card placed me in a sound position.
We wanted a flat felt roof over a large dormer on our house, replaced with a modern rubber roof. The felt was old and needed replacement.
The surveyor came after a few days and he was very professional, very courteous and clearly knew his job.
Then, a couple of weeks later, came two men to fit the replacement flat roof. Very polite. Very efficient. Very effective. The job looks good and I expect it is good. And I am happy with the written guarantee I was given. If it rains hard and leaks I know what to do! But, judging by the way the installers worked and the appearance of the result, I am confident that all will be well. All in all I am very satisfied.

We were very pleased with the Windows and flat roof that Louie and Adam from Home Exteriors fitted for us in Jan 2025. They were polite, pleasant and efficient. It seemed like a big job to us ,5 large windows and replacing a very shoddy flat roof.The job was done in 2 days. Alex, the negotiator, was also good, professional and polite.

We’ve used Home Exterior for a few jobs now and they’ve always been fantastic. Alex has always been so polite and friendly and all the installers have been great. They take great pride in their work and we are so pleased with our new flat roof and new front and back doors. We would definitely recommend Home Exterior

Home Exterior replaced my flat roof. Freddy was fantastic and really helpful. The installers turned up on time and were incredibly polite. They tidied everything up and have done a fantastic job. Couldn’t fault any part of the work from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!

What a company lie lie and more lies, usual old sales thing start at one price then knock it down then ask what would you pay. Then make another phone call. Lies again. Salesman cam up with a story I live with my nan and look after her then gets a phone call to offer him a council house a hundred miles away.

I really hoped that this company would be different and not employ the ‘let me just speak with my manager’ tactics. Sadly that isn’t the case.
After I laughed and reacted negatively to the initial price, it miraculously went down by £1900. Still higher than I think is appropriate so still a no go.
The marketing factsheet they fill in prior to even measuring is a waste of both my time and theirs.
Really unhappy with their 1980s sales tactics, if you have them round for a quote be prepared for the games.

Recently had 12 windows and 2 doors replaced by Home Exterior and couldn’t be happier! From the salesman (Ross-who suggested window changes to update the look of the property), the surveyor, and the fitters (Adam & Louis), all were brilliant. The windows and doors have made a huge difference, both to the look of the property, and also the heat saving.
Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Home Exterior Ltd - 100% very happy customer!

From the start of the process it was highly professional and thorough with everything explained fully. The salesman Ross was very helpful and knowledgable. The fitters were again professional and very efficient and clearly knew their job well. We also had some banter with them. Highly recommend this company and will be using again in future thank you for an excellent service.

We agreed to a quote as we do need our facias replacing. The initial caller was very polite as was the sales guy who came to give the quote. Unfortunatley it all turned rather sour as we were not comfortable making a decision straight away. The sales rep simply refused to take no for an answer. He became rather obstinate and rude. He stubbornly outstayed his welcome (1.5hrs) before being told to leave.

Update; We have recieved an apology and an explanation of actions to be taken in-house.

Having had re-roofing on my summer house by the company, I went ahead and had a new back door. As the roofing and the door both had complications I was impressed with how it was dealt with and no further problems occurred. The surveyors and fitters were very competent in spite of the bad weather in the case of the roofing. Summing up. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

We have been very impressed with the people and work undertaken by Home Exterior. From the quotation process with Alex right through to installation of a new front door, patio doors and bedroom window. All work was done by Steve and Dan who were very professional and friendly. The work was done as agreed and took less time than we had expected. Everything was left clean and tidy and all old materials disposed. Will be using them again soon!

Friendly staff all the way through the process. Did the work on time and arrived when they said they would be here. They were mindful of our property cleaned up any mess after and did an excellent job cleaning the roof.
I thoroughly recommend the company if you are thinking of having your roof cleaned.

From start to finish the whole experience was excellent from Ross the salesman, the surveyor and the Steve plus one other installer. Installation was completed without any problems and upon completion the whole area was left spotless.

I am so pleased with the driveway. The sales person Ross was really informative and knew his stuff about every thing he was very friendly. The installers were wonderful . They worked hard were very friendly. The driveway was done in very quick time. It really does look good. Would definitely recommend the company
