Ordered a sofa from DFS. Order was delayed by 2 hours (not to Homemovers fault) and the guys (ops manager Jay and Reece);
A) Stayed late to ensure out delivery was completed on the promised day.
B) Called to advise they were going to be late and apologised.
C) Apologised profusely once they arrived. D) Very efficient built my sofa with care.
All in all a great service and I am very thankful to both Jay and Reece. Thanks again guys.

Aaron and Paul delivered our DFS sofa today. They were both great. Very swift and professional and took away all the excess packaging. Very happy with their service.

We had Aaron and Paul deliver our sofa today, and they were fantastic. It was a large sofa and they had the added challenge of delivering it in the rain, but they were friendly, professional, and handled everything brilliantly. Great service from start to finish. 😊

Sat at my new residence to hear that Homemoovers had driven to an address in Chesterfield instead of Lincolnshire. Was met some harsh bullying words about paying before our belongings would be taken off the truck only to find out just before they removed the last item that they had not collected all my belongings to be delivered that day. They struggled to find my belongings to deliver them. after another two weeks two further later deliveries both late in the evening I was told they can not find the remainder of my belongings . Items lost , items damaged , items that were bubble wrapped and placed in a secure box were found to be placed in an open basket and delivered so these were delicate porcelain items, we found items that we have placed in boxes removed and delivered in plastic bags. at least 15-20 damaged removal boxes that I purchased , not carboard either . They delivered my safe without the key and just shrugged their shoulders . I have supplied all the details they requested for all the missing and damaged items , description , pictures and replacement costs. I has =d stuff that I went to the Gulf war with that They do not contact me , they ignore the calls the emails and when someone does answer my calls ai get a promise that someone will call me - they dont they gas light lie and ignore you . Both my partner and I feel like we have been violated, stuff has been removed from packaging and delivered in other bags, loose and boxes. My advice would be to pay more as the old saying rings true you get what you pay for . Shame a some of the removal lads are top quality. But if you want broken promises, aggrevation , disappointment , damages , breakages , missing items , lies and just plain bad manners then go for it they will not disappoint. PS I am ex forces so was my father , on average i have moved every 3-4 years and a I am 60 , this company this time is the worst i think anyone would experience, like I say shame as the removal lads are top quality

I recently had a brand-new DFS sofa delivered and moved into my home by this removal company, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Aaron and Ryan were fantastic from start to finish – friendly, chatty, and genuinely good fun to have around. They made what could have been a stressful delivery feel easy and enjoyable.

They worked quickly and efficiently while still taking great care with my new furniture. Their professionalism was clear throughout, and they were more than happy to help with any questions or requests. It's refreshing to come across a team that is both highly skilled and so approachable.

Aaron and Ryan are a real credit to the company, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional removal service. Excellent job all round!

I would like to say a huge thank you to Ryan and Aaron for delivering and assembling my new sofa from DFS. They were both absolutely lovely, friendly, and professional from start to finish.

Nothing was too much trouble for them. They put the sofa together quickly and carefully, made sure everything was perfect, and were incredibly helpful throughout. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out.

Ryan and Aaron are a real credit to DFS, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Thank you both for making the delivery experience so easy and stress-free!
