The service we received today was absolutely fabulous. Called when they were almost here and arrived early. Very professional and friendly. Even asked if we had a good bank holiday weekend. Worked together really well to ensure they got through the doors without causing any damage which was tricky due to the size of the sofas! Complimented our new sofas which was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend Jordan and Jay, two of the loveliest delivery lads that we have had!!

Bought a sofa from DFS and had the brilliant Jordan and Jay come today to deliver it. They were on time, called in advance, were professional and had utmost respect for my property. They put down carpet protection and tidied all the packaging away after. All round great, friendly guys. Also massive dog lovers too, winner! Would highly recommend.

Jordan and jay were brilliant, they were very professional and were very good with our very nosy 6 year old. I would happily have them again if we needed them

I had the packing service the day before I moved. Both days went extremely well couldn’t have wished for a better team to pack and move me. They were helpful and very supportive and kind. Would definitely recommend.

Jay & Josh absolutely fantastic Service.

Jay and Josh are very professional, great communication. The respect for our belongings was above and beyond. Put blankets down to ensure our carpets were kept clean. Very very polite pair of guys. If l have anything delivered again I hope it is Jay and Josh 🙂

We had our new DFS corner sofa delivery today and Jay & Josh did an excellent job. Being very careful with all the doorways and walls. They unpacked and put the sofa together and tidied all the packaging up and took it all away. These guys are polite and work their socks off and are a credit to the company.

We have just taken delivery of our new suite from Sofology, the guys that delivered were on time, smart and polite, they set the new sofas up and ran though the functioning of them, took all waste packaging away and were brilliant! Thank you!

Jay and Lee were professional and efficient.
They delivered our dfs sofa and although later than our planned time slot, kept us informed on what time they would be with us.
