Very happy to recommend Home Report Scotland. The surveyor who did my visit (Stuart) was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful (I've never had a H.R. done). We discussed things once Stuart had done his visit and gave me the opportunity to ask questions.

I was very happy with the service provided by Home Report Scotland. I was able to make an appointment to get the survey done quickly and the surveyor was competent and polite and turned up when he said he would. The report itself was delivered very quickly

We were most impressed with the professional and supportive attitude of Duncan,the surveyor and Anne in the office. They responded very quickly to any of our concerns or questions in a positive and helpful way, making what is a stressful situation less so.Having done some research I can also say their prices are very competitive.

I have read many home reports and honestly thought what a waste of money; UNTIL, I had a visit from Tom, he was so precise , taking measurements and photos. He was able to highlight areas that could be improved on in the future . I appreciated his honesty and reassured also that my property is fit for sale.
