Great customer service for replacement part
I recently needed a replacement part our standard Laney couch. I reached out through email and had a response quickly. The service was great as usual and the replacement part was shipped quickly. I've always had great service from Home Reserve and would definitely buy another couch from them

1Unsatisfied Return Customer
1. I was not able to call and speak with a rep and had to communicate through email until I asked for a call back. This is NOT good customer service.
2. This is the second order, IN A ROW, that my order was incomplete.
3. The prices are getting ridiculous.
These 3 factors have made the decision for me that I will look elswhere when buying new furniture.

We’re a small, Indiana-based team and operate on a voicemail and callback system. We know that’s frustrating when you want a quick answer, and we appreciate your patience.
We also understand the disappointment of receiving an order that is missing something you needed. About a year ago, we had a design update on our ottoman covers to make the fabric cover process easier by putting the velcro directly on the frame vs. using it to attach fabric to fabric. Your most recent order was missing a conversion kit that should have been caught and included by our team - that was our oversight, and we apologize. We know that doesn’t make up for the inconvenience.
On pricing, it’s not something we change lightly - we absorb rising costs as long as we can before passing anything along to our customers.
We’d love the chance to earn your trust back, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Amazing Customer Service, Subpar Product
The customer service for Home Reserve is second to none. However, the product is lacking. It is a particle board couch that needs to be built by the customer, but it's priced like an easy build full wood frame couch. The cushions themselves should have some protection under the cover but don't, so I also fear longevity there. Fortunately the trial exists, because we would never buy this couch. This would be a 1-2 start review without the phenomenal customer support.

We’re intentional about our materials and design - we use OSB because it’s comparable in strength to plywood, more sustainable, and keeps prices more affordable - but we understand it’s not the right fit for everyone.
On cushion longevity, our most popular covers are stain-resistant and machine washable, and if anything ever happens to an individual cushion or pillow, replacements start at just $50.

rcvd apology for delay and 5/5 email saying it shipped 5/4. rcvd 5/7 and set it up. Easy build.
Ordered a seat 4/12/26 #×4375. 2/27/26 I asked for an update and was told it was scheduled to ship the next day 2/38/26. To date no tracking info to indicate it has move as of 9:24 eastern time 5/5/26. Delays are a part of reality, information as to where an order is week 2, week 2, shipped etc would be helpful.

So happy with our new retriever Sea couch covers! I was able to wipe up smeared raspberries using just a damp paper towel. My cats don’t scratch the fabric at all and it’s SOOO easy to remove pet hair compared to the Maltese fabric we had previously.

Not worth the money
Not worth the money. I was quite disappointed with the cheap material (OSB sheet) used as the base or frame of the couch. We spent $4,000 for the cheapest glued together wood. You could at least use laminated wood or plywood as the base. You spend hours sanding the OSB so you don't get splinters and we still managed to get splinters. The seat cushions are way too hard and dense, after sitting on it for or a short period my wife's back starts hurting. Our previous couch that we paid $900 for was way more comfortable and I could actually take a nap on it. I don't even want to take a nap on this couch because it is too uncomfortable. I really want to like the couch but I can't. I can't and will not recommend this couch to anyone. We paid over $4,000 for a couch we don't even really like. Lesson learned.

Our frames are designed with durability, consistency, and modularity in mind. We make them with OSB sourced under the Sustainable Forestry Initiative. It carries the same structural strength as plywood while supporting more sustainable forestry practices. OSB has a more textured surface than other materials, and that’s a tradeoff we’re transparent about in service of a more sustainable product.
On comfort, our cushions are built to be supportive and to break in over time, but we know that feel is personal and that this hasn’t worked for you or your wife. That matters to us.

Love my sectional L shape sofa
Love my sectional L shape sofa and the dogs are already enjoying it too! It was very easy to put together and it was almost intuitive. Gather some patience sliding fabric onto certain parts like ottoman or the arms but it’s well worth it and make sure to sure elite cloth for easier slide. I am impressed with how non-toxic the furniture is and even compostable plastic was used for packaging the covers. More furniture companies need to be like that. Thank you, Home Reserve.

no hassle part replacement
I have had a few broken parts on my sofa since it was purchased. Getting replacements has always been no hassle. The customer service reps are friendly and helpful, and the parts have come very quickly. I do wonder if the number cutouts on the pieces might make them weaker because that always seems to be where the part breaks.

What are they doing well? EVERYTHING! Easy-to-use website. Easy order/checkout process. Kept me up to date on the order. Got the sample in just days. Got the fabric order in less than a week. Great quality fabric. I wanted a very specific style and color combo and they have it. I couldn't be happier.

Great company with quality furniture and dedicated customer service. What sold me was the ability to wash covers, rearrange furniture and store items under each seat. Putting the furniture together was a lot of work but the final result was well worth it. Would definitely recommend!

Love the couch, took a long time
We have had our couch for about a month or so now and we love it, the quality of the fabric and construction both seen very good and it was been very comfortable for the whole family.
My one star off is for how slow the process is getting fabric samples took over a week each time, we got the trial piece which took a month and the couch took longer.
I love my couch and highly recommend it good quality and made in the US.
but if you need something sooner than later that will be a problem.
