I did a lot of researching before I decided to go with the Home Reserve deep seat sectional. I live in a tiny house so I wanted something with storage and the seats as well as something that could be taken back apart. One of my favorite features is the fabric. The fabric colors and styles were numerous. I chose the retriever fabric as it is pet, friendly, water, resistant, and easy to clean. I also love that every inch of fabric can be taken off and washed if needed. It was a challenge to put together, but I was able to do it myself. I did have one piece that was not quite right when the kit came, however, Home Reserve was quick to send me the correct piece. Customer service was excellent. Last but not least, it is a very supportive yet comfortable couch.

Great new addition to our living room
I spent lots of time trying to decide on something to replace my worn out couch. Finally decided on a home reserve sectional and couldn’t be happier. I love that you can customize exactly what you need. I was able to order swatches to decide on the color I wanted. Ordering was easy. The boxes they came in were very manageable. I am 58 and was able to assemble it in a few hours on my own. The instructions are very detailed and easy to read and very well thought out. The fact that they have been made in the US and are eco friendly is another plus. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new couch or sectional.

Great Experience All Around
Very helpful customer service, delivery on time as promised. The sectional was easy to assemble, all the parts arrived with the shipment and the directions were clear. They even included gloves, a sanding block (which we did not need) and a handy assembly jig. The fabric is soft, the seat cushions are firm but comfortable, and the back cushions are squishy but supportive. Sturdy and comfortable! It was a great solution for us as we have a vary narrow entry door (31") and a living room with limited placement options. Home Reserve solved both problems with manageable boxes and custom configuration. We got a high quality sectional that provided maximum seating in our space!

I have had my sectional for years and added to it several time, including reupholstering it last year. I love the ability to change with my changing family and being able to welcome my son's growing family of pets.

All parts of the furniture I ordered arrived in manageable cartons. The furniture is great! It’s comfortable and feels solid. The fabric is easy to care for. I’m also pleased that it is made in Fort Wayne Indiana, my home town.

I love this sectional
I love this sectional! I could never find the right size in-store to fit my space. I have two dark chocolate fur babies that shed like crazy and all I have to do is run a chom chom roller across the couch and it cleans right up. I would highly recommend Home Reserve

Multi year experiences
Got the couch several years ago and several places the screwed were really hard to put in (maybe 2 or 3 out of the entire couch) one of the corners broke off because of the lose screw but the seat is still impressively sturdy. 4 stars because it’s prone so splinter when I was trying to fix it. I had to replace some cousins (cat scratch damage) and the wood underneath held up well. Very comfortable and I’ve rearranged it several times due to moves so it was totally worth it. I get lots of compliments and it really is stain proof (2 toddlers with milk and cheese puff approved)

Every once in a while a piece of the frame breaks. I email home reserve and they ship the piece right out. I get it in a couple of days. I have had my sectional for close to 10 years. It still looks awesome after having many kids jump on it, our dog slept on it for 7 years. Through all that it still doing great! A real good value and great customer service!

I love my sectional
I love my sectional. It is very comfy and durable. It is also very adaptable. I can set it up in a number of configurations. I am thinking about getting different covers so I can change the look. The storage under the seats and in the ottomans is an added bonus. You really can't go wrong with Home Reserve.
