I have purchased twice from Home Reserve. First I ordered a Sectional with an Ottoman and then an additional ottoman. It didn't all go smooth. First the corner section was missing and showed up a few days later. Then it showed up with damaged broken parts. I contacted their customer service and they sent the parts the next day. That was great except they sent the wrong parts . They apologized and sent the correct parts the next day, so I finally got all the sectional put together. The other ottoman came on time and it worked great. You are probably wondering why with these issues I still gave them 5 stars. Here is why. First, they were responsive, understanding and very kind on the phone. In addition it is a fantastic sectional . It is sturdy and the fabric is everything they said it would be. I have two large dogs that are allowed on the couch. They recommended an upgrade the the second tier fabric and it is perfect for the dogs. The dogs kind off destroyed the fabric on the other couches I had previously . This fabric is tight woven so their nails do not get caught on the fabric and tear it. It cleans up easy. If the dogs get drool or goobers on the couch it wipes right off with a rag and a little cold water. The best part is that if they do tear the fabric I can order a replacement cover for just the one cushion cover and make it like new again. If you are considering purchasing a couch, chair or sectional don't hesitate, order from Home Reserve. You will not regret it.

I was looking for a small scale sectional and this company had exactly what I needed. I had a few questions before making my final decision, and the customer service staff was very helpful. They made the purchase experience a lot easier for me and I am very pleased with the final product. Did not take long to put together and it is SO comfortable! Will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!

When I first ordered it was originally confirmed 4 weeks shipping. 4 weeks went by with no other communication. Only after I reached out was I informed that the fabric I originally ordered was out of stock and wouldn’t arrive, if at all, until after the new year. My only options were wait an indefinite period for the fabric I originally ordered OR pick a different fabric altogether. I ended up going with a completely different fabric just so I could have a couch by Christmas. Turns out you should NEVER purchase furniture online without first knowing how comfortable it is. I wanted a couch for our movie room that was durable and kid friendly but also comfortable. This is the most uncomfortable couch. My infant daughter is learning to walk and has hit her head so many times on the side after pulling herself up I can’t even count. The sides have no cushion whatsoever. We’ve had this couch for 6 months and I’m done. Recently went and purchased an entirely different couch and will be getting rid of this uncomfortable monstrosity. Moral of the story never be influenced by people online who apparently don’t live in their homes.

Very user friendly ordering, the ability to order swatches so I could make sure I ordered exactly the fabric/color/texture I wanted and the ease of ordering all made purchasing a sectional from Home Reserve a success for me. However, let’s face it, if the furniture wasn’t durable, comfortable and good looking, no matter how easy the ordering is, that’s what matters. All aspects of my purchase was a hugely good experience for me. I am so happy I ordered this furniture!! This is my 4th sofa/sectional in 6 years. The previous 3 were such a disappointment, this is the one we’ve been looking for all this time. I could not be happier with this choice!

The couch was fun to assemble and is super comfortable. A few pieces broke in shipping and we got great customer service—they sent replacement parts immediately.

Easy company to work with. Easy to assemble. Beautiful furniture. Can’t get the kids off it! Looking into getting one more armless seat to add!

LOVE the sofa, firm, love the fabric, love the storage. Wish the pieces came pre-sanded, as that took more time than expected. A few pieces were missing and customer service was friendly and responsive, but shipping was standard and not quick. Assembly took more time than expected but was very easy to figure out. Would buy again if I could go back, but would love to see the company sand the pieces.

We were impressed with how easy it was to assemble the sofa ourselves and how well built it was. We also really appreciated the choices of arm seats and heights, seat width and depths, plus upholstery options. We have been living with the sofa for a month and a half now and it is definitely living up to our expectations!

I have already sent a message and received a response. The covers that we bought for our Tux sectional couch were the third covers we have purchased over the past several years. We've never had problems in the past. However these covers were so tight it was almost impossible to get them on. We broke part number 13 on one piece trying to tug it into place. I am still waiting for that replacement part that we requested a few weeks ago. I'm also not very happy as to how long that is taking to be sent to us.

The customer support experience was above and beyond spectacular. My spouse and I ordered extra pieces for our couch and were happily waiting for their arrival. Unfortunately, very close to the delivery, my spouses grandmother got very, very ill. When I reached out to customer service to inquire about specifics for the delivery, just to make sure our new pieces would be delivered prior to us going out of town (even if that meant just pulling the boxes inside), customer service went out of their way to make sure the additions would arrive before we left. I am so incredibly grateful to the customer service team and everyone else that assisted them in making sure the delivery was one less thing we needed to worry about. It was an amazing experience and I will never not buy couches/chairs from Home Reserve.

Home Reserve has always been good with their customer service and their products. I appreciate the ease of ordering replacements for my ottoman. Thank you!

I'm sitting on my test piece right now! Soooo comfortable and the Retriever Atlantic is stunning. I'm 99.9 % positive that I'll be ordering the rest of the sofa in the next few days!
Now for the unboxing and assembling part. Everything arrived safely and no damage to the box. All of the pieces are well marked and easy to identify. MISSING THE CARDBOARD ALIGNING PIECE! (I searched the entire box thinking that it might be under the bottom flap. Nope. It's a bit of a challenge to assemble without that helpful tool, but I persevered and made it work.) Speaking of tools, using my cordless driver to put in the screws was super helpul. I was also pleasantly surprised to find the plastic end pieces were already in place for the screws. Bravo!
It was absolutely easy peasey to put this trial piece together. I did everything myself except for moving the heavy box!

I bought a 6-seater couch a few years ago that has been great -- looks good, feels comfortable, is washable. This spring we broke one of the arms. When I called to find out about a replacement I was told the arm was under warranty, and home reserve sent a replacement promptly. My only complaint about the furniture is that the arm cover is very difficult to put on -- perhaps it could be made with a little more slack.

Let's start with the pros: there were several selling points for me choosing Home Reserve over others. I appreciate that they are a USA made & manufactured brand. I respected and appreciated that they clearly state they pay their workers a living wage, provide 100% of their healthcare, and offer a work/life balance with 4 day work weeks. The biggest thing for me was the goal of sustainability. Every part of each piece of the sectional is replaceable so if something happens, you can just replace that individual piece instead of having to buy a whole new couch/sectional. The frames have a 10 year warranty so if anything goes wrong, they will replace it. If you decide you need extra seating, you can buy additional individual sectionals to add to your current setup.
The individual pieces aren't too heavy so they are easy to move as needed. I appreciate that you can rearrange the sectional as needed as well. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow and everything was labeled clearly and correctly. Hands down the easiest instructions and most well thought out labeling I've come across so far!
Their customer service is also very friendly and responsive.
The sectional itself is very comfortable. The cushions are firm but not hard. I do wish the back was a little higher, but it's fine. The cushions fit pretty snuggly together once assembled so there's not really any slipping or sliding around when you sit/stand. I do appreciate that the covers are removeable and washable if needed.
The cons: you do have to build the entire thing yourself. It comes dissasembled in several big boxes and you need to build the frames and then upholster everything as well. Again, the instructions were very clear, easy to follow, and all pieces were properly & clearly labeled so it wasn't hard, just a little time-consuming. My husband and I divided & conquered - he built the frames and I did all the upholstery! It took us roughly 3ish hours to build & upholster a 5 piece sectional.
They are more expensive compared to other brands, however I am in a position where I am fortunate enough to be able to pay more for a product in order to support a company that properly supports it's workers. In today's world, I am very particular where my money is going and who/what it's supporting.
Another con would be shipping time. When we ordered our sectional, shipping was at 4 weeks. I wasn't too upset as everything is custom made as orders come in. They don't have stacks of boxes pre-assembled ready to ship out. I did need to arrange a pickup of my current couch but was trying to figure out timing so that we didn't go mutiple days or even a week without anywhere to sit! I did get my shipping notice literally a day before my sectional showed up, so it made things a little rushed with getting rid of my old couch in order to make room for the new one. I do wish they provided periodic updates or had a tracker so that you had a better idea of where your order was at in the process so that you could better prepare.
Another thing is their website can be a little hard to navigate. I wish it was a little easier and more intuitive. You have to really search and go thru multiple sections to find what you're looking for at times.
Overall, I had a great experience with this company and so far I am really enjoying my sectional. If you have the means, I think this is a great option. Not only are you supporting a company that is proud to support and treat their employees fairly, but you are also supporting a small, independent business whose goal is sustainability.

I liked that I got to try before I buy. All though it wasn't as omfortable as I had hoped.

I am going to be honest, and no holds barred. Now that the couch is set up, I really like it. It's very cozy and myself being about 6'3, I can lay across it and lounge comfortable, and the back comes up a good amount. We got the two cushion sofa, which was confusing and perplexing, as it is actually 3 standard couch units put together (had to trust the process). The couch was far more complex to assemble than I expected it, however Home Reserve thought of everything! The engineered wood definitely had a lot of splinters and shrapnel, but it came with gloves. The back of the unit is tricky to align, but they had a cardboard stand to align it once you assembled part of the frame! Each piece had a number cut out of it so you could literally assemble them in order!! They took a complex assembly and made it so easy!

We’ve had our sectional over a year now and I want to love it, but it is frustrating to put covers back on frames. I feel like they could have made the covers 1-2mm bigger and still be plenty snug. Instead it’s annoyingly tight. I get scratched and splintered when I’ve needed to remove the frame covers so I’ve done it once. And the fabric the Maltese middle of the road, it picks up every speck of dirt. The cushions slide off when you sit. I kind of regret the purchase.

When a frame piece broke from my 22 yo-son plopping down repeatedly, Home Reserve sent a replacement within 10 days. Couldn't ask for better service.
