From getting prices, picking the right replacement cover and cushions, to placing my order, paying, and receiving everything, it was a great experience.Abby was a huge help and super nice. We have loved our furniture since we bought it 5 years ago. A refresh of everything was great!

It took about 8 hours to put the sofa and chair together, but I finally got it done. Overall it looks nice, but the seat feels a bit short/narrow. When I sit the part of my legs that bend stick out over the edge, so it’s not as comfortable as I expected. Also, if I lay on the sofa I feel like I'm going to fall off the ledge I have to turn to the side.

I got this couch because I thought it would be the best option for our household with a bunny who liked to chew and dig on our old couch (destroying it). The assembly was straightforward. I like that the fabric is pet resistant, spill resistant, and replaceable. I also like that it OEKO-TEX certified. I appreciate the sustainability of this couch. The main downside of this couch is the frame material. It off-gasses a lot, so we had to put it in the garage for a week or two so our bunny wouldn't get sick. It also releases a fair amount of splinters during assembly.

I am so amazed by this furniture! It was easy to set up and looks beautiful in my house. I love the versatility that it gives me for any future moves. And so far it has stood up to the dogs!

Friendly service answered all my questions. Time will tell if the loveseat frame and cushions hold up. Frame is lightweight and the arm attachments are iffy. Not sure this would hold up with teen boys and large men. The water proof fabric did bead up when liquid was spilled. Not sure this will last as long as the prior Ashley brand loveseat. Ask again in 5 years.

The company is so easy to get a hold of, and their response time is fast. Shipping is amazing, I always get a tracking number within a day or two and my items arrive very quick.

I contacted customer care about a concern I was having with our sectional and they responded in a timely manner. After several inquiries they agreed that the fabric on our sectional shouldn’t be in the condition it is in so they sent me new covers. That is great customer care service and I am grateful!

Home Reserve's customer service is absolutely second to none! This company goes out of their way to make certain that the customer is more than satisfied. The quality of the furniture is excellent at a very reasonable and fair price.
My sectional is 3 years old. I wanted to change the look of my living room by getting new slipcovers. I reached out to the Home Reserve Design team (no cost) for inspiration and guidance. Via email, I sent photos of my wall color, lamp shades, rug, and other accessories to the design team. JUST WOW!!!
I never would have picked any of her suggestions, yet I loved them all. Even though I was very nervous, I went with her favorite suggestion, Retriever Juniper. I am THRILLED!!! In addition, I ordered an armless chair to add to the sectional and a deep seated chair and small ottoman for my husband (to replace his recliner) which he loves.
Home Reserve furniture is made in USA, has a 10-year warranty, and rearrangeable units with built-in storage. There are just so many reasons to absolutely LOVE this company!!!

From the moment we placed our order, everything went incredibly smoothly. The delivery was prompt, every single piece we ordered arrived safely, and the packaging was excellent, everything was so well protected with no damage at all.
Assembly was surprisingly easy and even fun! We turned it into a little challenge to see how fast we could build each chair and ottoman. Our first one took about 25 minutes, but we got quicker with every piece after that. The instructions were clear, detailed, and perfectly laid out, which made the whole process quick and stress-free.
The quality is fantastic, exactly like (or better than) what was advertised. The frame feels super sturdy, the cushions are plush and comfortable, and the covers look and feel premium. We absolutely love the color and modern design we chose; it looks beautiful in our living room and fits our space perfectly!
Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Home Reserve. Even our dogs have already claimed it as their new favorite spot! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality, easy-to-assemble sectional.

We took 1 of the seats out of the sectional we have and ordered arms to make it a side chair. The sectionals are very easy to move around and change up the seating in the room. The customer service person I dealt with was extremely helpful.
We received exactly what we needed to rearrange our living room.
We are on our 2nd sectional. They are built to last and stand up to all the dogs we have.

My experience has been absolutely HORRIBLE! When they finally sent us our couch..there is a whole section that they did not send the fabric at all. The fabric they did send us was a different fabric then our trial piece we ordered. They said they did not know what we had ordered , and they would send swatches to figure out what the right fabric was. They sent three swatches, Which took over a week to get to us. None of which are the fabric we have on any piece our couch? Customer service is non-existent, it takes days to get hold of them. If you want to return the couch they keep some of the money you spent on it and you have to pay to ship it back. Here I am three weeks since delivery stuck with a couch I can't set on because the middle of it has no covers

UPDATE:
They got back to us. They are willing to refund our money. That being said we have to give it to a non profit (sounds great..but wait) and provide them with documentation from the non profit that Home Reserve is donateing a couch worth exactly 4,800. The price has to be on the paperwork.
So we have a couch that only has half of the fabric and they want to get all the cost wrote off?
We live in a rural area and do not have any big second hand places. I have been calling around and no one wants this couch!
So now we get to run around to try to find someone in another bigger town to take the couch. This will mean multiple trips in our small van to get rid of it.
So they mess up...we do all the work?

Great products, and great customer service!!

We absolutely love our couch, the color is better than photos showed. It’s so soft, incredibly easy to build. Once you build your first piece everything is easy from there. My 8year old helped. It’s solid. The cushions as supportive but not stiff. So excited with my new couch!

Updating my review after my full experience with Home Reserve has completed. In the end their customer service was helpful and responsive, and while I understand things go wrong, the opaqueness of their order tracking didn't allow me to get the information that would have helped ME catch the issue sooner (not that I should have to).

The product itself was well built, easy enough to assemble, and generally comfortable. The design of the sectional didn't meet the needs of the space we plan to put it in, so we returned the trial unit. That process was straight forward and easy, as promised.

The main reason we didn't keep the trial unit and move forward with a full sectional was one of comfort. The trial unit was pretty comfortable, but it wasn't lounging comfortable. We're looking for something to sink into, cuddle up with the family and watch a movie, maybe even nap on. The design of this sectional was not that for us. For a different room, with different needs, I would have no problem ordering a full Home Reserve sectional.

Ordered 5 weeks ago and the received fabric swatches. Still awaiting the trial seat itself. Order shows as delivered with no way to see an update for the missing, main thing we ordered. No updates provided, just constant automated emails about reviews and trying to destroy fabric swatches.

It was effortless to order a new cushion for the place on the sofa my husband always sits. I e-mailed, got a quote and a link to pay. Cushion arrived, sofa refreshed. I love that I can fix anything on the sofa.
