Over The MOON with my new Boiler
Hometree kept their promise and my new boiler was fitted as arranged on Tuesday 21st Jan.2025.
Paul the Gas Engineer from Newton Abbot Devon did an expert job removing the old boiler, and after much skilful and tidy work the central heating and hot water is working again from the new and compact 24kw Glow worm boiler.
Easy to operate by simply pushing a button on the wireless thermostat too and all settings and temperatures were expertly programmed in .Up to now not cost me one penny as I chose the very flexible and friendly Hometree Finance package.

Great clear communication, transparent and helpful. It was easy to schedule the annual servicing of the boiler. The companies Hometree work with are also trustworthy and efficient.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE!!
The service received was first class, from the initial enquiry to Hometree about which type of boiler I should purchase, to the installation of the boiler. Hometree and the engineer who came to install the boiler, were excellent, I was kept fully informed . The engineer was conscientious, diligent and extremely pleasant to deal with.

Engineer arrived promptly and carried out the installation of my new boiler informing me at each stage of what he was doing
He put down covers to protect my carpets and explained the working of the boiler and its settings

Quick and easy way to get solar
Application was straight forward, it only took a couple of hours to get from pre-approval to having the solar company booked for the install.
My installation was completed with in 3 weeks of approval.
