I would recommend Homewise to anyone buying property (aged 60 & over) Rhonda and Simi went above and beyond in helping me find and secure my first ever home for life.
They made it stress free all I had to was view the properties I liked, and they did the rest for me.

We purchased a home through Homewise not a great experience. Now my husband health is declining, lf things change l could not afford to live in two bed detached house on my own, l would need to move to a one bed flat or similar in a different area, as the house price in my current location are above average.
But did l some research to ask online if the difference in price of a another property possibly around a hundred thousand , would l be entitled to the difference left from the move, no you would not , l don’t know how ? but can that be possible where does it go 🤔. If you’re thinking of buying make sure it going to be your last because you have to pay all the usual costs involved in moving.

Helpful with questions offered to help with other ones I have because I am new to all this and need a lot of information regarding the HomeWise process.

I initially got in touch with "Homewise" on behalf of my mother. Her being a widow and 69, shes needing to downgrade the size of the house as its to much to manage allone. I did some research as usual on Trustpilot and Feefo just to diversify my sources of info. However I trust and use Trust Pilot more. What concerned me was instead of mentioning more about the process adn the fact they are almost similar to a compare the market firm who sell on your data, the website has heavy sections teaching you how to leave google reviews and trust pilot reviews. I now understadn why their rating is so high yet the services are slightly ambiguos. Spoke to lovely sales agent on phone, but again. I find it hard withso much misformation nowadays. They get 2 stars from em as i dont think anyone over 60 would research as much as i have, so in my eyes misleading, and profit motivated more than actaully aiding people like Mummy. Thanks again Trust pilot for keeping your reviews pure! Sorry Homewise, but its Wise for me to use another company :(

I found them professional and they kept me up to date at all the times. Would definitely recommend them, the staff are extremely knowledgeable and they care.

The whole Team from the start have been very professional, polite and friendly.

The people at Homewise have been very helpful.They have kept us up to date with the procedure either by phone or email. They let us know weekly how things are going. We feel this is a very excellent service.

Homewise tried their best to help me proceed with a property I liked, but when my Buyer pulled out of my sale at the last minute , everything fell apart.
It had been too stressful to find another buyer at such short notice , especially as I had packed up everything to move .
I am now struggling to get my life back together, and the shock of loosing the £895 fee I was charged by Homewise , and other fees I had been charged through the sales process.
I have learnt a hard lesson, that the process isn’t as smooth as i was hoping it to be, especially as I am on my own.
Please make sure you read the ‘small print’ I was too trusting.

Although I've not yet used the services provided by Homewise getting information about the scheme has been really easy. Kiera and George have been extremely helpful with no pressure, just answering any questions I had and putting my mind at ease.

Gary was so helpful with my enquiries about how Homewise could make my house move possible.
He answered all my questions and didn’t pressurise me at all into making a decision that I wasn’t ready to make.
I have decided to ask Homewise to help me with my move to be close to my family.

Adviser knew what she was talking about. Nice, polite and answered my questions and pointed me in the right direction for further advice.

Look at their calculator. Homewise offer a so called "uplift" of a few tens of thousands on your property buying budget - but it will cost you at least half of your equity, and up to all of it. Immediately and forever. Offered me "uplift" of £27k in return for half my £260k . Robbers.

Was great to have someone who is willing to answer questions and supply answers but also bring consistency

Although I have not used their services, I was very impressed with the quality of help and assistance that was provided to me.
