Very helpful support from Customer Services to enable selection of correct product

I liked the personal touch. After ordering I received an email thanking me for my order and assuring me the lamp I bought would be checked before being sent to me. I was kept informed of the delivery details.
After a week or so there was no delivery, I contacted Hommfer - they replied immediately assuring me as soon as my lamp arrived they would let me know.
I was slightly concerned and asked Gemini AI if Hommfer was reputable. The answer from Gemini was most reassuring. A day or two later my lamp arrived almost simultaneously I received a message from Hommfer confirming delivery was made.
I would definitely deal with this company again.
Whether it’s AI generated or not they were very polite!

I found they're website to be very informative and easy to find what you're looking for. The cutlery set i received was well made it felt strong and looked beautiful. It took about 8 days for delivery which was well inside the estimated delivery time. The only thing I thought wasn't perfect was the packaging. I thought it would've come in some sort of presentation box but it arrived in a bubble wrap envelope. Other than that I would highly recommend the for their service.

The company website was easy to use and the delivery process was transparent, with regular updates being sent at all stages. The product is good quality and a good price point for what is included.

Long wait for delivery but very happy with the second one I have bought its lucky that this review has not been flagged trust pilot that I have used for 40 years has gone crazy treating verified reviewers as criminals .

While it did take quite a while to be delivered (I'm in the UK) the wine glasses were packaged really well. Regular updates about progress and the glasses are beautiful!! I would definitely buy from Hommfer again.

The towels are of excellent quality, have great depth of colour, are a good thickness and have a wonderfully soft feel to them. They arrived very quickly and were well packaged

The lid stand is perfect design, the smaller the kitchen, the more it comes into its own. Beautiful.

I like the heaviness of the pieces, and their design is very pleasing.

Product good but would be even better if it could be screwed into wall. Previous experience with stick on towel holder has not been great as gradually fell off wall.

We love our orange dog ornament, everyone compliments us on it. It’s a lovely Matt finish and great quality product.

Perhaps I was a little impatient waiting for my delivery, hence my email to the company. The reason was I moved out of my home to have my kitchen renewed. I pre ordered my black cutlery set ready for when I moved back home and my kitchen finished. ( still ongoing). But I recieved a reply very quickly saying my order had been delivered but I was still away from home. Today 21/05/2026 I went home to see how the kitchen was getting on, the guys said "oh there's a parcel for you" thanks for telling me guys. Anyway I opened my parcel(very well wrapped and protected) and honestly was so impressed with the look and quality I showed all the fitters, they also said they looked lovely and asked where I had them from. My honest opinion of the company and quality of my cutlery is 5 star all round. (I think my cutlery is for Christmas only) lol
