I’ve been buying dresses from Hope & Ivy for years - for work, daily social wear and for my brother’s wedding. The customer service from the business is next to none (a rarity, unfortunately), and the garments are always consistent in sizing and of an extremely high quality. Hope & Ivy is always on my ‘recent searches’ and it always delivers - definitely
my favourite clothing brand by a country mile.

I just love the quality of the Molly dress - loved it so much I wore it as a reception dress at my wedding!!!

I wanted a relaxed informal wedding and dress that matched both my personality and my need to look elegant.

Finding a bridesmaid dress for a dozen girls was nerve-racking, but once we found Hope & Ivy all our stress disappeared. Not only was the dress flattering on twelve different bodies, they made no small effort to help us find out of stock sizes when we came up short online. Couldn't be more greatful to find a style that highlighted all my girls beauty and gave them the chance to comfortably and confidently dance the night away.

I find that a returns label is never included and its not easy to arrange a return, when you do return the item the process is extremely slow and at 2 weeks after it being shown as arrived back with them, have still not heard anything ,or received refund i have contacted them and they have said wait !

I absolutely love the Nadine dress that I ordered to wear to a wedding this past weekend. It is very well made and great quality for the price. I received so many compliments and felt like a million bucks!
I was unsure of what size to order as UK and US sizing are different. Bettina with customer service was extremely helpful and answered all my questions to be sure of a great fit.
I received my dress from the UK to USA in about a week from placing my order. I will definitely order from Hope & Ivy again.

I just adore this lovely floral dress! I had been admiring it for a while and decided to buy it for my Coronation party. It fit perfectly! It received lots of compliments and I felt lovely in it. I wore it again for our anniversary dinner at a swanky restaurant and fit right in. Thank you!

I bought a dress as a bridesmaid dress and some beads came loose. I contacted hope and ivy and was quickly contacted back with the loveliest message, excellent customer service, where they gave me free postal service and repaired my dress to the highest standard. Hope and Ivy is my favourite dress shop in the world and my no.1 go to brand! Over the last couple of years I have bought almost every single one of their wrap dresses which not only are very flattering and beautiful, but are also excellent quality, and always seem to generate compliments wherever I go! I've bought many dresses from Hope&Ivy, Each and every one of which I love.Stunning designs, so flattering and beautifully made.I needed to return one,which I bought for my daughter, the size I choose was not her size, Bettina went out of her way to organise a replacement,She was amazing, kept me updated on status of order.She was so helpful.The returns process was straightforward.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from the company. I had problems with the courier return and a query with one of the dresses. Instant, personal response from Bettina. She went above and beyond to make sure I received my refund and that I received the dress I wanted. She was fantastic. Friendly, professional service and goes without saying just how beautiful the dresses are. Can highly recommend.

Returned item using DPD drop off at my local Post office on the 20th July 2023. Still no refund as off the 9th August. Wouldn’t buy from them again. I am £254 out of pocket. Ordered from Debenhams, Quiz and New Look at the same time and returned items and refunds were given quickly. Don’t recommend.

I got an email on the 8th August stating that it would take another 10days for the money to go back in to my account. Very poor when we are in a cosy of living crisis.

I think the customer service of the brand is outstanding. After their archive sale I had some issues with things going wrong and I think the way it was handled by Bettina was amazing. They went out of their way to make me feel valued and help me rush an order that I needed for a wedding.

Purchased the beautiful Heater dress and better than expected. Purchased two sizes and kept the one that was my size. The embroidery and beads are beautiful. Returning the other one had no issues with and refunded within five days of returning

Similar complaint to many recent reviews. No returns label given, followed the instructions to receive a label by email and after 3 days still waiting and no reply, 2 follow up emails sent. I have also contacted you on the contact us section on the website. It’s unacceptable not to give a returns label and then leave it this long when the returns window is only 14 days long! Won’t be ordering again when the returns process is this difficult.

I've always found it difficult to find dresses that flatter my figure without looking too conservative. Hope & Ivy offers more variety of styles, lengths, and colours than most brands, and I've found their delivery services to be very reliable when ordering. I recently wore their Sharon wrap dress to a wedding and not only felt comfortable, but received multiple compliments! I've never been very confident in my arms, but this dress took away all my worries - I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future!
