有很多非常實用的功能，就是對新手稍微有一點不太友善。Ｑ＆Ａ裡面有說明，不過很難搜尋到自己想要的問題的解答，找到後的解答也有點難以理解．
這個狀況應該是因人而異，可能我比較沒有經驗的關係。
ＡＩ客服功能可以更快速解決問題。

Really frustrated on having x 3 of my properties on Booking.com being blocked and I am in contact with Hostex and Booking.com and each side keeps on passing the blame to each other court.

"We are waiting from Booking.com...", you need to liaise with Hostex, as they are your official channel manager.

As a property manager having x 4 properties and having to constantly be on calls and chase side is really disappointing and I am really disaheartened.

Has all the features a property manager might need. The price is fair and I like that my wife and I can both respond to messages easily through the app.

I have enjoyed getting to know Hostex and the support team have been great transitioning me through my host experience

Has streamlined my single short term property management, provided all my tools in one place, and allowed me to create my own website to keep more money monthly all at a reasonable price. Great service responses as well. Highly recommend.

一直以来都在使用，体验还是非常好的。但是最近的更新，在房态界面点击订单后，财务那一项只显示“已收”，需要点击向下的箭头才可以看到扣掉佣金前的价格，还需要自己计算。并不是像改版前直接显示订单在扣掉佣金前和扣掉佣金后的金额。可以一眼看到这些数据对房东很重要。希望可以改回去。而且一直以来，携程的订单也无法显示扣掉佣金前的价格。希望改善。

Great solution from Canada. The price is unbeatable. For smaller operations like ours, it delivers everything you’d expect from a PMS/Channel Manager.

As a long-time short-term rental host, Hostex has been my go-to property management software for years. It delivers all the essential features I need while keeping the monthly subscription incredibly affordable. In my opinion, it is hands down the most cost-effective PMS on the market. On top of that, their customer support team is exceptional—always responsive and lightning-fast at resolving any issues. I highly recommend Hostex to any host looking to streamline their rental business.

We have been hosting short term vacation rentals in Florida since 2008, since before AirBNB and all the OTA's, etc. Our early guests found us through word of mouth and Craigs List... Since the introduction of OTA's and channel management software, we have tried several, over the years. A lot of them are very innovative and are definitely mandatory these days to manage the day to day operations of running a short term rental business. We recently switched to Hostex because our last company went offline unexpectedly and we had to scramble to gather reservation information and tasks back together to continue hosting. After careful research, we found that Hostex was a great fit for our business. Hostex offers a great out of the box platform for hosting and scaling for future growth. We are actually glad that we ended up having to research and find a new platform, as this has helped us to streamline our business a little more and to move towards growth going forward...
I would recommend Hostex to any hosts looking to manage a small to medium portfolio of short term rental properties.

Starting our Airbnb journey with Hostex was a total gamechanger for managing our apartments, channels, and schedules. If you’re new to the business (or even a seasoned pro), you need to try it. Trust me, you’ll never go back to spreadsheets and manual control.

I had anxiety about changing my property management platform, which I did love except that they didn't have a good direct book site option that I could work with. I looked at a lot of options that were partners with Google Vacation Rentals, and landed on Hostex as an affordable option. It was a nerve wracking process because I had live listings on my original platform during the migration. It was a job! Fortunately, I had already set up on the other platform before, so I had some idea of what was going on. But Hostex is pretty different in many ways. I was able to figure out their system by using their instructions, and also some aspects by trial and error and intuition gained from prior experience when I didn't understand something and the instructions may not have fully explained a concept in a few rare cases. It was a challenge! But it was worth the effort. I love the platform now that everything is up and running smoothly. I find it easy to manage and easy to keep tabs on what's going on with my properties. I have gotten my first direct book site up and it looks great! I don't have as much control of the direct book pages as I'd like, but it is very nice and I can control the photos and descriptions. It is on Google Vacation Rentals so that was a primary goal. The customer service is fast and helpful. But I have to be aware that they are in a completely different time zone than I am. The phone app is very good. One thing I don't like is that setting pricing is much more cumbersome that I am used to previously. I can do it but I don't like the process for pricing large blocks on the calendar. Overall, I am very happy with Hostex and feel that it meets my needs with 3 properties and that the affordability is well worth a little extra work occasionally. Everything is running on all cylinders and all the booking platforms are communicating with each other properly.

So satisfied with this APP. It helps and save lost of times to run my Airbnb businesses in Thailand.

Just think that charge US$ 2.99 per property for AI replies, limited to 100 replies per property is a little expansive.

I got on board with Hostex in order to host my own accommodation site and synchronize two other accommodation platforms. The customer service works primarily through chats, not over the phone. That works quite well though. Once you're logged in, you can access a live human chat agent (not AI) very quickly and easily during business hours. They are very friendly and helpful. (Outside of business hours, you may have to deal with an AI bot though.) It's also quite easy to mount a website through Hostex. The options are a bit limited, but in return it's fast and easy, and the service is quite affordable compared to the competitors. I highly recommend it.
