Excellent customer service. I signed up very easily, Connected everything, their customer service replies with on point advice on how to get it all working. Highly recommend ! So far everything has worked as promised.

Once you have multiple vacation rentals, this makes managing them much more convenient. If you have any questions or run into anything you’re unsure about, their staff will patiently help and guide you as well.

Ever since I started using Hostex, my short-term rental management has become much more efficient. I also now have my own booking website, which makes my business look far more professional.

Hostex also provides many smart tools, such as cleaning task management and automation features.

Most importantly, the Hostex support team is excellent — they are always there to help me solve all kinds of issues quickly.

Hostex has been a great platform for managing our short-term rental operations. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to learn even when handling multiple listings and channels. Calendar syncing, reservation management, and automation tools save a lot of time day-to-day.
What stands out the most is their customer support. The support team is responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever issues come up. They follow up properly and make an effort to solve problems instead of giving generic answers.
Overall, Hostex made our operations much smoother and more organized. Highly recommended for Airbnb and short-term rental hosts looking for a reliable PMS/channel manager.

i used to really like hostex but it is getting worse and worse
1) price keeps increasing
2) lock generation doesnt work anymore
3) pricing update take 4 to 6 hours. yes, you read that right. between the time you update your price in the system and the time it gets to airbnb, it can take up to 6 hours. i suspect they are getting too busy and dont have server capacity?

the reply from hostex below is very different from what their customer service tells me so I think they should coordinate... I wish what they wrote below was true as it would fix my issues. this is the response from their customer service where they aknowldege it can take hours for prince to sync: Regarding the PriceLabs synchronization, we previously shared some details, and we’d like to clarify further. When Hostex receives a pricing task from PriceLabs, it processes and pushes pricing for over 700 days (up to 2 years) per listing to each connected channel.

Each platform applies rate limits on how many updates can be processed within a certain time frame. This is a standard mechanism to prevent excessive or malicious data traffic. As a result, when syncing such a large volume of calendar data, Hostex distributes the updates in batches, which can take anywhere from several minutes to a few hours to complete. In some cases, if many users are syncing at the same time, tasks may also be queued. and this is their response on the lock:
To clarify, Igloohome is not directly integrated with Hostex. The connection between Hostex and Igloohome is handled via Seam, which acts as the middleware platform. Because of this, we’re unfortunately unable to provide direct troubleshooting steps for reconnecting Seam to Hostex from our side.

For the issue where you can no longer connect Seam to Hostex or send PINs via your Hostex account, you’ll need to reach out directly to one of the following, as they manage that integration layer:

Seam Support – for issues related to the Seam ↔ Igloohome or Seam ↔ Hostex connection
Hostex Support – for issues within your Hostex account or how PINs are being pushed from their system
They will be able to give you clear, step-by-step instructions specific to their platform and help restore the connection so PINs can be sent to guests correctly.

I know this is frustrating, and I’m sorry we can’t directly fix this from our end. If Seam or Hostex requires any confirmation or information from Igloohome, feel free to let us know and we’ll be happy to support where we can.

Everything 'just works' and it's an affordable solution that allows me to automagically notify our cleaning team, automate messages, customise for different platforms, create my own direct booking site, automagically set the door code and the welcome message on the TV and it's all good to go when I eventually launch on the other major boking sites too.

Property Management Software with all the bells and whistles at a fraction of the price of the competition. Flexible enough to allow price and restriction adjustments in bulk or by platform, run calendars, locks, reservations, communications, cleaners, a direct booking website - you name it. Individualized chat support too. Highly recommend.

Well, what can I say... finally I found the channel manager that is at the same time quick, user friendly, full of features, customisable and very affordable.

I never heard about Hostex before until some random post on Facebook.

I've been with Guesty for probably 6 or 7 years and paid $7 per unit per month. Recently I got an email saying they're closing Guesty for hosts and I need to move to Guesty Pro which is more than $20 per month.

After this I tried 3 other companies which were in a region of $12-20 per unit but Hostex was much better AND $6.3 per unit per month.

The support is also top notch. Can't be happier.
Hope they will get their recognition but won't put up their prices :)

We have been working with Hostex as our channel manager for over two months now, and our experience has been very positive.

One of the key advantages for us was the ability to easily create a website through the platform. The process was incredibly simple and fast, which made it very convenient to get started. While there is definitely room for further customization and improvements, the simplicity and speed of building the website are truly impressive.

We are also very happy with the support team. They respond quickly, are always to the point, and genuinely helpful. Every question or issue we’ve had has been addressed efficiently, with clear explanations and practical solutions.

At the moment, we are managing three accommodations through Hostex and are continuing to grow. Overall, we are very satisfied with the platform and happy to keep working with it.

I set up everything by myself quite quickly and the customer service is excellent, always there when I need them... plus im not talking to a bot so its very pleasant and helpful... also compared to other pms they are much more affordable... i am a small business and didnt need anything with highly advanced features. i highly recommend hostex !

Hostex has been a total lifesaver, liberating me from these tedious manual tasks. In fact, throughout my career at several different hotel and guesthouse management companies, Hostex has always been the first tool I implement and configure to get operations under control. It is my go-to PMS for managing listings at scale.

If I were to offer one piece of constructive feedback, it would be regarding the UI: some buttons and menus only appear based on specific contexts. It would be much more convenient and intuitive if these options were more visible or accessible from the start.

Overall, it’s an indispensable tool for any professional looking to scale their business.

Five stars all the way! Hostex is super easy to use, which saved us so much time setting up my listings. The support group is absolutely amazing—they are quick, "give-it-their-all," and always solve my problems on the spot.
I also love the convenience of the AI translation. If the accuracy gets a little boost in the next version, it will be unbeatable. Highly recommend Hostex to anyone in the short-term rental business!

So far, after about a month, we have really enjoyed the consolidation of all the tools and sites that we are using for our STR. We love the integration of the booking sites, PriceLabs, Turno, smart locks, and most of all, the ability to create our own direct booking site. There's a little bit of a learning curve, but that is to be expected. I like that we can see how more and more features will make sense for us as our STR business grows.

Crazy low price compared to other Multiplatform management softwares. Cannot fault it

I debated switching to a channel manager and finally went when airbnb's pricing structure changed. So far so good Seeing it really being useful and enjoying the way I can watch finances, change prices and particularly the cleaning scheduling. Looking forward to seeing more of it and how it works going forward. They are very clear about switching and how everything will change but you need to be on your toes as I ended up with a double booking having not had a moment to put everything back to 'request to book'.
