Regarding the message syncing: OTA messages are normally synced to Hostex in real-time. However, due to API limitations from the OTA platforms, image messages from OTA channels other than Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia are currently not supported for syncing.

Intuitive interface, fast, good support
I tested a bunch of PMS for my Airbnb/VRBO rental. Hostex was easy to use, intuitive in most cases, and offers most if not all the features I want, for an unbeatable price. The few times I needed help, support was prompt and knowledgeable.

a very good channel manager value for money. as a user the app has a few bugs but overall is good it does deliver. the technical team is always there. my opinion is the all chanel managers should be a little bit more simple and straight forward for the user. i understand that it needs to cover a lot of business needs but if there was a way to make our life simple would be great. keep up the good job.
