This is usually a difficult time. Elderly people on a first time basis and unsure, as previously R.M. ,rightly , had a bad reputation . Our rep. , Esther, was empathetic without being condescending . EXTREMELY patient , when I went over things again and again. She understood and appreciated our position and hurried things through for us which was very important. Esther was always available and willing to go through the whole procedure until confident that WE understood everything. Comes highly recommended by me
