APPALLING SERVICE DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY …Bought 2 suitcases end of February we used them to go away end of March the one case the combination lock wasn’t working and the second case the inner zip broke , we have only used the cases on 1 trip . When i eventually had a reply off House of Leather they told me it was the constant strain of the case being overfilled what a feeble excuse and they couldn’t refund or replace because out of there returns policy , nothing mentioned about the other case with the faulty lock .
They say it’s not a manufacturing fault but the amount of reviews on here with the same problem says it all really .
Used the cases just for 1 trip absolute waste of our money paying out for something which can’t be used again .
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY with this company customer service they a appalling we literally have had the cases for 7 weeks and excuse after excuse with this company fobbing people off and taking people’s money shouldn’t be allowed to get away with it .
I just wish I had read these reviews off other people before I handed over my money to this rip off company .
If you look on there actual page funny how all the reviews are excellent all fake reviews .

I bought a jacket, which wasnt cheap. It was a size too small so i returned it for an exchange. I sejt it back for next day delivery which the recieved. They have not contacted me, i have contacted them a number of times and had no response. 19th march this was delivered to them. Still nothing
Stuck with costs for their mistakes
Shipped out wrong item. After presenting proof, did not offer an apology of a reimbursement for shipping cost of that wrong item. I am now reselling it to get the money back for the product, which I needed to buy again, as I have zero faith in their RMA precision or service.
I wasted £189 when I shopped at House of Leather
I paid £189 for a leather bag and I was very happy when it arrived, sadly now not even a year later the main zip is starting to fail, I keep finding the two pullers at one end of the zip and the bag is open. I messaged house of leather and to this day they haven't replied to my messages, shame really as it was such a nice bag. So my best advice is if you have to have a house of leather product get it through Amazon at least with Amazon their customer service is the best
Great item but needed to chase
Placed order for a messenger bag and heard no more for a week except the order confirmation. Noticed on website that the product was now out of stock. Phoned HoL and they acknowledged that the item was no longer available so we agreed that they would send me a similar item. That then arrived very quickly and I am very pleased with it. So good outcome but not sure what would have happened if I had not got in touch. Clearly, they ought to have notified me of the problem.

Bought a jacket from them via Debenhams and returned it as it didn’t fit. That was over a month ago.
I’ve chased multiple times for my refund and have had nothing but radio silence. No updates, no responses, no refund.
Appalling customer service. I’m now forced to pursue this through formal legal channels to recover my money.

I made a mistake with the order and immediately wrote with a request to cancel the order. My request was ignored and the goods were sent. In the correspondence, they lied that my request came after sending, although the time in the messages says the opposite. They ruined my New Year's mood! They refused to even send a return label! I won't buy anything from this shop anymore!!!
SIZE!!
I ordered a size 18 leather brown waistcoat for part of my wife’s Christmas present. My wife often purchases size 16 - 18 tops, blouses and sweaters at both M & S & Next retailers, si confident of her size. At Christmas it was clear the waistcoat was far too small! I returned the item on 30/12/2025 requesting a size 22, which was the largest size on the order form when first ordering the waistcoat. Not having heard from the retailer by 12/01/26, I called the Company to enquire why the replacement larger sized article had not arrived - to be greeted by a terse acting and speaking male attendant, who could not have been less helpful. The Company could not supply a sized 22 (as the size 18 was far too small) and it felt like whilst on the telephone, that such a size did not exist. I did receive a refund but no customer service. I cannot reccomend this supplier art all. If any customer is going to order an item from this supplier, order 2 sizes too large, as their sizing scheme is unknown in the UK; check the complaints on line concerning size. Good luck.
Great trousers, great leather, great service
I was really worried because I checked the Trustpilot reviews after buying my leather trousers. But it turns out that I have nothing but good things to say.
The trousers arrived super quickly, and the quality is fantastic. They really look the part, and I can't wait to go out and show them off!
I never even received my item
I never even received my item! DPD took it to a shop in a pedestrian only high street and being disabled I couldn't get there plus no where to park, only round back for drop offs, but house of leather will not refund my money even though they know it's stuck in the shop, also their not bothered about doing anything, well their have to when I get hold of the Ombudsman first, before taken legal advice if I get no where with that, also it's now over 30 days, so I'm guessing interest on my missing money!
Dissapointed - It would be zero if that was possible
Item were supposed to be delivered by DPD on 23.12.2025, delayed until 24.12.2025. Further delay until 27.12.2025.
I have asked for a refund, as I will not be available to accept the delivery at the proposed date, which has been refused by House of Leather until DPD return the parcel to House Of Leather ! Zero Customer Service. My contract is with House of Leather not DPD.

I have been looking for years for this design and saw it on Amazon but looked at the web site from House of Leather and it was lower in price. So I made the plunge checked my size with their on line size chart and ordered a L of which normally I would order a M.
100% perfect size, the quality is fabulous the leather is so soft and the quality of stitching is perfect.
I am incredibly pleased and happy with this product, the shipping was very quick arrived in a few days.

Beware the mechanics are not as good as the leather
Bought the product less than 12 months ago- Pilot Case. Leather work is good but the trolley mechanism snapped. Clearly a design fault as both handles snapped at the screw point. As good as the leather on the bag is fine- the product cant be used now! Approached the company requesting consideration and discount for next purchase. Nothing!!!

Definitely not fit for purpose - DO NOT BUY. Bought a laptop bag, the leather around handle was broken after three months of use.
Appalling customer service!
Having bought a cabin bag which broke on first use ( interior zip broke, whilst on holiday) I returned the bag back to Debenhams, who I had bought it through. I stupidly left my camera inside the bag. The camera is worth £400. I contacted Debenhams and House of Leather to explain the situation. I was refunded for the case. But my camera has now been sat with the house of leather for over a month. They claim they are waiting for debenhams to message them to say they are allowed to send it to me despite the fact that I can prove that it's my camera and it clearly came from me because I sent it back to them. Customer service from Mr Baz Khan was appalling. Rude Interrupting me telling me, he couldn't do anything until he heard from Debenhams, who Ive spoken to and claim they have sent HOL an email..His attitude was superior and challenging as opposed to trying to be helpful.
I have offered to pay for the return postage via DPD, all Mr. Khan kept saying, was we take no responsibility and we are waiting for debenhams to contact us by email. Which debenhams say they have, I am going around in circles infuriatingly.
