I returned three jackets and they only refunded me for two its a total scam dont buy from them. very dissapointed in Karen Millen too as I bouight them through them trusting they would be a reputable company. Clearly from the terrible reviews they are not.

AVOID! I can see why almost all of the other reviews are similar to mine. Really bad service and product.

Awful. I paid for express delivery which didn't turn up on the date shown. When the jacket arrived it was in a horrific state. The quality was really poor. The zip was broken, would not budge, black paint was coming off the zip, rusty and white bits coming off and peeling of the "leather". The leather seemed very cheap and didn't even feel real. The stitching was very poor, thread hanging off and loads of loose cotton inside and out of the jacket.

Customer service wasn't great at all. They kept contradicting themselves. My refund did get sorted eventually after a LOT of back and forth. Would not use this company ever again. Very poor quality jacket, cheap material and bad service. Really disappointed. AVOID!

Scammers, send counterfeit or low quality product that almost everyone wants to send back. Refuse refunds for returns with delivery proof. Your order also may not get delivered at all.

I guess they gave “Carolina Batista” in Brazil a job after she wrote them a fake 5 star review? lol

I received completely used, broken boots that reeked of foot sweat. Absolutely disgusting. And I'm even supposed to pay for the return shipping through Dress for Less. And in the end, the return process doesn't work at all.

I ordered a biker 70s retro biker leather jacket and i must say it is just what i wanted being a stranglers fan. A big thank you ....

Ordered a jacket.. and was like already worn .. called in their customer service..and they happily provided a returns label..sent it the next day Royal Mail.. YR283343488GB.
Called in after a few days to confirm receipt. .. when the tracking showed delivered... they say they dont have it and it returned back to the same post office where I delivered.. its been a month now.. I Called Royal Mail and they confirm parcel has been delivered. (Satellite tracking)

Ordered jacket, looked great but small sizing. Returned for an exchange. They confirmed receipt of first jacket & sent tracking number for exchange. For 10 days tracking number has said “sender advised despatched but not yet received”. Which basically means a label with a tracking number has been produced but not yet gone to post office. They keep telling me they’re waiting a response from Royal Mail. Now they’re ignoring me. Looks like I’m going to have to go through my bank to try & get money back.

Never buy from this seller. Sizing was significantly off for expensive $200 leather boots. Tried to exchange, they advertise a "simple returns and exchange" policy on their website. I was responsible for paying shipping back to the UK, not as in "I was charged for their shipping label", I had to actually figure out how to mail the package back to England. I paid $50 for that. Then when it finally arrived back in the UK it was held at customs. I told them, and they insisted I was responsible for paying the tarrif. It was $82. They only had told me originally that I was responsible for the shipping. Now I'm in a position of having to pay almost as much for an exchange as I paid for the item itself. Except that they were so unhelpful, by the time I even got the information of how to PAY the tarrif (phone tag and emails between them, UPS, the UK customs office, and USPS), it was already too late and they sent my item back for shipping. The international shipping specialist I finally reached at USPS said they only usually see this issue with scammers in CHINA. They said sellers are responsible for paying any fees to accept goods sent back to them, it is abnormal to request the buyer to pay them. It's especially funny because apparently the seller would have been entitled to a refund if they simply paid the fee as they were supposed to, because it was a return. But they tried to make ME do it, and I am literally in a different country with no international shipping experience. This store is a scam, I will never buy from them again, STAY AWAY.

Bought a jacket, sizing was off, so got a replacement in a different size, was also sewn weirdly. Couldn’t receive a full refund for some reason, so gave me a voucher, used this to buy a pair of boots….the boots arrived covered in clumps of mud and hair. THEY HAD ALREADY BEEN WORN. I’m trying to escalate this to get the original £110 back. Wouldn’t recommend this company. Doubtful their products are even real leather at this point.

Bought a leather parka jacket with fur lined hood via Wallis online. Ladies navy leather.
1. Sizing is all wrong. Ordered 16. The jacket was way out sizing wise. Far too small
2. I got charged a Delivery Protection amount of £8.49 even though I opted out.
Returned via Post Office. Doubt I’ll get reimbursed the £8.49 even though I shouldn’t have been charged it.

I have been trying to sort out faulty suitcases since June last year 2025. I have now sent my faulty suitcases back and no one has responded to me about them. I will be taking this matter further now and seeking legal advice!!

Absolutely appalling. Ordered boots over £200 for my sons Christmas. When he opened the boots there were 2 different sizes. Back and forward to the company sent them proof of the different size boots, I sent them back they wanted proof they were sent back ( they had been signed for ) but no problem sent them proof anyway. Agreed they have them. Now it’s been 4 weeks of back and forth with them saying we are just waiting on the stock arriving. I had given them until today to either have the boots or a full refund and still have neither. So I’ve sent my last email requesting a full refund no more excuses looks like I’ll have to go down the legal route. Stay clear as this has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Also unterirdische Qualität. Die Jacke ist in Indien für 50 Euro zusammengenäht von einem 12 jährigen. Das innen Fell war am Fusseln überall schlechte Nähte. Bin froh das ich das nicht direkt bestellt habe bei infinity Leder. Also so eine Qualität für 479 Euro ist frech und abgezockt. Bloß nichts bestellen!!!!!

ordered a coat from here, it arrived, had definitely been worn previously, so I sent it back and they said it was my issue and it was used. The cord on the hood also broke when I tried to tighten it. When they refused the refund they said that it was because it was used (yes the reason I was sending it back) and also it smelled of perfume (my mum is severely allergic to perfume and I dont put it on around her)...so lies. Dont order from here the quality is terrible. It cost £500 FYI and snapped within 5 mins of having it on.

I bought a RAF flying jacket After a couple of weeks ( I have worn it only 5 times) I noticed
that a seam was not stitched at all

Jag behövde hjälp med storleken på en skinnjacka.Skickade ett mejl och fick svar från Carolina.Hon behövde ett par uppgifter från mig och återkom inom en timme högst. Jag beställde jackan och den passar perfekt. Jag är mycket nöjd med hjälpen jag fick och hur snabbt det gick 🤗🤗

Eine größere Frechheit ist mir noch nicht unterkommen.

Zum Bestellzeitpunkt alles lieferbar - mehrfache Kontaktaufnahme über Tage mit dem Verkäufer zum Status wurden mit: "Ich komme auf sie zurück" oder "Ich melde mich heute noch" beantwortet.

Nach ein paar Tagen Hotline angerufen "Die Bestellung kann nicht rausgehen weil einige Artikel nicht lieferbar sind"

Bestellung mehrfach per E-Mail storniert. Antwort: "Bestellung kann nciht storniert wegen weil im Versand" aber auch Tage danach kein Versand erfolgt.

Paypal eingeschaltet!

Vorsicht vor diesem Händler! Nur mit Käuferschutz über amazon prime oder paypal kaufen oder am besten garnicht!
