I ordered a leather jacket from this company which was supposed to to be a 3xl when I put the jacket on it was more like a medium when I measured the jacket it came up as a 36 chest ?
When I spoke to the company I was going to get a exchange but the time it took to come from purfleet in Essex to Harwich was a joke now when I’ve returned it I had to pay return postage then you have to fight them to get the refund I would not bother using this company as the customer service stinks

The item its self of top quality, thick leather and overall quality was excellent, and for the price of this jacket it was well worth it!!!!!! That good that I am confident to wear this as a protective jacket on my motorbike.

A placed order twice for New Rock Boots (one throughout Amazon and one throughout the website) and both times i was amaze by the quickly delivery even if it’s shipped from UK to Canada :)

Firstly I have to say I have always Found Infinityleathers excellent.
I have ordered from them now on 3 separate occasions New Rock mens shoes.
Every time they have turned up as promised and in excellent condition.
I don't usually write reviews however on this occasion fair is fair, as I know I would be quick to complain if there was an issue.
They have always delivered in time with quality merchandise. 100% my place to go for my New Rock shoes !!. 5 Stars

Item recieved was USED and DAMAGED Had scruffs all over and it seemed like it had been re-painted or repaired.

Contacted the seller and they sent a free Royal mail tacked return label to send the item back.
After a week of NO SIGNALS from them, I contacted them for an update.

THE SELLER STATES THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PARCEL, despite the tracking reference saying the opposite.
They told me I had to contact Royal mail and sort it myself. Royal mail has confirmed by geolocation that the item had been delivered to the correct address, they also said that it's the sellers duty to follow up on this as they are the ones that provide the return label.

The seller REFUSES TO PROVIDE A REFUND.
When investigating Google and tripadvisor reviews this is clearly the way they operate as there's many reviews with the exact same situation.
ABSOLUTE SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COST.

Recently purchased a leather jacket from them and I’m extremely impressed with the quality. The leather feels premium and the overall fit is excellent. I usually wear a size L, but their customer service team advised me to go for an XL and it fits perfectly. Really appreciate their guidance and attention to detail. Great product and top-notch service. Highly recommended

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I placed an order, waited for delivery, and unfortunately never received the parcel.
What is even more frustrating is that the tracking information marked the item as delivered, despite the package clearly not being delivered to my address. The delivery photo provided does not match my front door or property at all.
I contacted customer service hoping for support and a proper investigation, but the situation has still not been resolved satisfactorily. Instead of helping properly, the experience only became more frustrating.
I do not recommend this company at all. Do not buy from this company. Very poor customer service and very poor handling of missing parcels.

Deeply disappointing product and very misleading presentation.

This jacket may look good in listing photos, but the real-life quality was shockingly poor. From the first wears, it started shedding brown dust and loose suede fibres onto my clothes. Shirts and trousers were getting covered with it. This was not a minor “new suede” issue — it was excessive enough to make the jacket frustrating to wear.

I had to spend a ridiculous amount of time brushing, shaking and cleaning the jacket just to make it usable. The amount of loose pigment and fibre that came off was completely unacceptable for a new item, and I have photos to prove it.

In my opinion, this points to very poor finishing and quality control. It feels as if the suede was heavily surface-coloured and never properly cleaned before sale. A customer should not have to do the manufacturer’s finishing work at home.

What makes this even worse is the branding. The product is presented with a British identity, creating an impression of higher standards, but the actual finish and behaviour of the suede felt cheap and careless. Attractive photos and “London/England” styling mean very little when the jacket sheds onto clothing in real use.

I expected a wearable jacket. What I received was a product that looked decent online but behaved like badly finished mass-market suede. I would not recommend it.

We received a size that was far too small. Prior to ordering, we checked the size information carefully. Yet, we still received a boot that was too small. The craftmanship was dissappointing. The shipping cost was exhorbitant to begin with. When we requested an exchange, we were going to have to pay another $60 on top of the $300 we had already paid for the boots and shipping. They did not seem to care.

Ordered aviator jacket through Karen Millen website. Posted the same day, received in 48 h.
The jacket lookes good, well fitted. Reading previous reviews I ordered 5xl, which is by their sizing is suppose to fit size 24 Uk. So I’m normally between 18-20 Uk, and I’m glad I ordered the size 24, as it’s a very snug fit! But it looks good. It’s is described as “slim fit”. So yes, I advise to order 2 sizes bigger than usual cause the jackets are made smaller fitting.

As to the quality of the leather - I shall see in the future. So far looks good.

I returned three jackets and they only refunded me for two its a total scam dont buy from them. very dissapointed in Karen Millen too as I bouight them through them trusting they would be a reputable company. Clearly from the terrible reviews they are not.

AVOID! I can see why almost all of the other reviews are similar to mine. Really bad service and product.

Awful. I paid for express delivery which didn't turn up on the date shown. When the jacket arrived it was in a horrific state. The quality was really poor. The zip was broken, would not budge, black paint was coming off the zip, rusty and white bits coming off and peeling of the "leather". The leather seemed very cheap and didn't even feel real. The stitching was very poor, thread hanging off and loads of loose cotton inside and out of the jacket.

Customer service wasn't great at all. They kept contradicting themselves. My refund did get sorted eventually after a LOT of back and forth. Would not use this company ever again. Very poor quality jacket, cheap material and bad service. Really disappointed. AVOID!

Scammers, send counterfeit or low quality product that almost everyone wants to send back. Refuse refunds for returns with delivery proof. Your order also may not get delivered at all.

I guess they gave “Carolina Batista” in Brazil a job after she wrote them a fake 5 star review? lol

I received completely used, broken boots that reeked of foot sweat. Absolutely disgusting. And I'm even supposed to pay for the return shipping through Dress for Less. And in the end, the return process doesn't work at all.

I ordered a biker 70s retro biker leather jacket and i must say it is just what i wanted being a stranglers fan. A big thank you ....

Ordered a jacket.. and was like already worn .. called in their customer service..and they happily provided a returns label..sent it the next day Royal Mail.. YR283343488GB.
Called in after a few days to confirm receipt. .. when the tracking showed delivered... they say they dont have it and it returned back to the same post office where I delivered.. its been a month now.. I Called Royal Mail and they confirm parcel has been delivered. (Satellite tracking)

Ordered jacket, looked great but small sizing. Returned for an exchange. They confirmed receipt of first jacket & sent tracking number for exchange. For 10 days tracking number has said “sender advised despatched but not yet received”. Which basically means a label with a tracking number has been produced but not yet gone to post office. They keep telling me they’re waiting a response from Royal Mail. Now they’re ignoring me. Looks like I’m going to have to go through my bank to try & get money back.

Never buy from this seller. Sizing was significantly off for expensive $200 leather boots. Tried to exchange, they advertise a "simple returns and exchange" policy on their website. I was responsible for paying shipping back to the UK, not as in "I was charged for their shipping label", I had to actually figure out how to mail the package back to England. I paid $50 for that. Then when it finally arrived back in the UK it was held at customs. I told them, and they insisted I was responsible for paying the tarrif. It was $82. They only had told me originally that I was responsible for the shipping. Now I'm in a position of having to pay almost as much for an exchange as I paid for the item itself. Except that they were so unhelpful, by the time I even got the information of how to PAY the tarrif (phone tag and emails between them, UPS, the UK customs office, and USPS), it was already too late and they sent my item back for shipping. The international shipping specialist I finally reached at USPS said they only usually see this issue with scammers in CHINA. They said sellers are responsible for paying any fees to accept goods sent back to them, it is abnormal to request the buyer to pay them. It's especially funny because apparently the seller would have been entitled to a refund if they simply paid the fee as they were supposed to, because it was a return. But they tried to make ME do it, and I am literally in a different country with no international shipping experience. This store is a scam, I will never buy from them again, STAY AWAY.
