I'm really impressed by the whole team's professionalism.l once got so furious when my letting agent and housing hand had to take necessary legal steps in securing my contracts yet I just wanted it done however.
The team would be calm as well as calming me down as I raged and I learnt a lot through that.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided. My family member was repeatedly contacted in a manner that felt pressurising and inconsiderate regarding a passport expiry issue. Rather than offering a clear solution or alternative, the communication came across as unnecessarily stressful and unprofessional. I had initially left a positive review when asked, but this follow-up experience has completely changed my opinion. I cannot recommend a service that lacks empathy and fails to handle sensitive matters with care. Her name is Remi Paul. Don’t beg for reviews with a bad service
