Very disappointing experience.

This was a project I started over a year ago. Initially, I had a very good first contact with Matthieu and Diana, but at that time my profile did not yet meet the requirements for a visa application. I therefore came back 6 months later, in October, once my application was complete.

After several months of waiting, I was finally told in February that there might be an opportunity for me. I started the process, had an interview with Diana, who confirmed everything was positive and that I would be kept updated.

Ten days later, I received an email explaining that it would actually be complicated to proceed with my diploma and that I should instead rely on my professional experience — which is not possible in my case (the 5 years required are not met). A week later, another message: this time, one of my diplomas would not be valid for the sponsor. This was followed by multiple exchanges via email, video calls and phone calls, each time with several days between responses, which unnecessarily slowed down and complicated the process.

However, I have already obtained a J-1 visa with these exact same documents without any issue. I was told this was due to my diploma being European, which honestly makes no sense.

It very clearly felt like my application was an issue for Diana and was not handled at all.

On top of that, there was a clear lack of responsiveness and lies : about a week between each reply, and in the end, nearly a month to receive only two answers to my questions. We are now in April, and only after multiple follow-ups (calls, emails, text messages) was I finally told that it would not be possible.

Having already gone through a J-1 visa process before, I can say this experience was completely different: everything here was unnecessarily complicated, slow, and honestly unprofessional.

Result: more than a year lost, along with time, energy, and money on a process that never truly moved forward.

I absolutely do not recommend.

Très mauvaise expérience.

C’est un projet que j’avais commencé il y a plus d’un an. Au départ, très bon contact avec Matthieu et Diana, mais mon dossier ne remplissait pas encore les conditions pour une demande de visa. Je suis donc revenu 6 mois plus tard, en octobre, une fois mon dossier complet.

Après plusieurs mois d’attente, on m’annonce finalement en février qu’une opportunité est possible. Je lance donc les démarches, passe un entretien avec Diana, qui me confirme que tout est positif et qu’on me tient au courant.

Dix jours plus tard, je reçois un email m’expliquant que ce sera finalement compliqué de passer avec mon diplôme et qu’il faudrait utiliser mon expérience professionnelle — ce qui est impossible dans mon cas (5 ans non atteints). Une semaine après, nouveau message : cette fois, un de mes diplômes ne serait pas valide pour le sponsor. S’en suivent plusieurs échanges par emails, visio et appels, avec à chaque fois plusieurs jours d’attente entre les réponses, ce qui a encore ralenti et compliqué inutilement le processus.

Pourtant, j’ai déjà obtenu un visa J-1 avec exactement ces mêmes documents, sans aucun problème. On m’explique que cela viendrait du fait que c’est un diplôme européen… ce qui est incohérent.

Très clairement, j’ai eu le sentiment que mon dossier posait problème à Diana et qu'il n’a tout simplement pas été traité.

Ajoutez à cela un manque de réactivité flagrant : environ une semaine entre chaque réponse, et au final près d’un mois pour obtenir seulement deux réponses. Nous sommes en avril, et ce n’est qu’après de nombreuses relances (appels, emails, SMS) que l’on me confirme enfin que ce ne sera pas possible.

Pour avoir déjà obtenu un visa J-1 auparavant, je peux dire que cela n’avait absolument rien à voir : ici, tout est compliqué, long et, honnêtement, peu professionnel.

Résultat : plus d’un an perdu, du temps, de l’énergie et de l’argent perdu pour un processus qui n’a jamais réellement abouti.

Je ne recommande absolument pas.
