Complete scam. A DBS check costs £21.50 via .gov.uk while these scammers charge four times that plus additional for ‘fast track’ which takes four times longer than the standard service!

So use the official site instead.

Complete Scam and dishonest company.
Do not upload any documents they easily can steal you identity.

You have not responded to my email regarding paying for an automatic update service which does not exist on the the government website. I am taking this further. This is a scam. Go straight to government DBS site. Do not use this company

WORK IN HEALTHCARE - WENT ON TO THE WEBSITE TO ORDER AN ENHANCED DBS CHECK AND PAID FOR EXPEDITED SERVICE. CHARGED A TOTAL OF 99.00 POUNDS FOR THIS SERVICE.
RECEIVED IT LATER THAN THE 3 DAY EXPEDITED SERVICE ADVERTISED. RECEIVED A BASIC DBS. NOT ABLE TO CONTACT ANYONE TO DISCUSS IN PERSON. EMAILED THEM. RESPONSE - Hi , Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please accept our apologies, but we do not offer telephone support or a callback service.
As stated on our website and in the application form that individuals are only eligible to apply for a DBS Basic Check. Furthermore we can not upgrade you to an enhanced check as mentioned in the terms and conditions.

I have been waiting for over a week for what should be a full refund but they have still not issued even partial refund. I tried to cancel my payment within minutes when it was pending and have contacted them via email every day and STILL have not had any money back. The marketing is misleading. I thought this was the HMRC site. Do not use this company. My experience with them has been exhausting and seriously unprofessional. Awful company to deal with.

I had the worst experience in dealing with these people. I am a middle man with impaired vision and told them I could not read their terms and conditions but they have paid it no mind . I cancelled my DBS and asked for a refund the following day and they said they need my account number and sort code? Now I made the payment on the on the 21st of June which was a Sunday and then cancelled the DBS the very next day. However Hrcheck have said they need my account number and sort code? Because they don't keep transactions number via card. So besides giving them my full address name, age etc they required my bank account number and sort code.I can get refunds from my local shops, ebay account,etc without giving them my account number and sort code. So why does HRcheck want my bank details? And in such a short space of time of me cancelling the DBS?..it is now the 18th of July 2026 and I still have not got my full refund of £87.50 back!? HRCHECK are a SCAM offering a scam rate for a DBS check of £87.50 from them adding fees and extra charges that the Governmentoffers for FREE! Like SMS TEXT. The actual Government rate is £21.50 and HRcheck obviously do not care about my well being and health conditions as they are not forth coming with giving back my money!,,
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE AND DONT LET THESE SCAMMERS TAKE YOUR GOOD MONEY.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DON'T DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Very misleading website.
Over paid for a basic DBS check.
Of course like every other company they tell you you should of read the small print. Only misleading companies would say that.

Horrible customer service! Mora than 13 days waiting for my DBS certificate and I can’t speak to anyone in there.

Not bad. Just have to refresh some of your links it’s a shame you can’t speak to anyone. Everything‘s done via email sometimes you need to just speak to someone.
