Overpriced I realised you can do it yourself for a fraction of the price after. Also despite paying for downloaded service I’ve not been able to login in and view my certificate

I wanted a Basic DBS check and thought I had reached the Official Government's website for a basic DBS check due to the presentation of the website, with the famillarities of the green START button which is distinct on the Government's page. But after having went through their counter Government version website you are subjected to "their" personal services of "text" SMS, and fast track etc. All I wanted was a BASIC DBS which actually cost £21.50 through the Official channel. To complete the process there was no void option for the extra add ons. So you had to commitvthrough it all and therefore the pending fees are automatically added. In the end they charged me £87.50 in total for services I didn't ask for. I have asked for full refund but they are saying they will offer a partial refund? Charging me with V.A.T of £25!!!? For what? I just want my Money back!!!
DONT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKED SCAMMERS!!! AVOID AT ALL COST. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

they sent me basic , charged 85 quid and refused to refund or give me enhanced one , avoid at all cost !

Easy application quick response.
Logging in for verification was tricky as leaving an upper case letter in the email address caused a problem which the system did not state. Help desk responded to alert me as to this problem

Why would anyone use this service? They charge £84 for a basic DBS check when the GOV.UK service charges £21.50 for the same check. This should not be the first result when searching DBS check online. Thankfully I saw the vastly inflated charge before proceeding with my application. Using the GOV.UK service takes less than 5 minutes. HRcheck is a rip off, DON'T USE THEM.

Paid over £100 to get my DBS quickly for job offer received but today have been informed it is not enhanced and I need birth certificate for 9am tomorrow unfortunately it’s impossible and have lost job offer

I was annoyed that when i went back to check something all my input had disappeared but once input again, the actual speed of getting my DBS done was really good. Just need the certificate now

Do not use HRcheck it’s a scam their website makes out they can do you an advanced DBS they gives you a basic for £100 when on the government website it’s £40 stay away from- I asked for my money back and they refused CON CON CON not even 1 star

I usually don’t do this, but honey, I have to spill the tea on HRcheck because this was a mess from start to finish.

I paid £100 expecting an enhanced certificate, which is what they advertised and what I was promised. Instead, what arrived was a basic certificate that’s probably worth £20 tops. How on earth do you charge five times the price and then deliver less than half? Absolutely unacceptable.

To make things worse, there is NO customer support. Like, nada. No one to call, just an email adress. Trying to get help or a refund has been like shouting into a void.

If you want honest, professional service and clear communication, run far away from these folks. I’m honestly shocked by the poor standards and lack of accountability. Save yourself the headache – don’t waste your money or time.

Appauling, do not use this company. Like many others I thought I was purchasing an enhanced DBS check and it came up after I had paid that it was basic. Asked for an immediate cancellation and have been met with antagonist emails, basically regurgitating terms and conditions and won't give me my money back. Poor service and quite frankly daylight robbery.

I clicked their link after searching for DBS checks on google and this coming up as the first result. They do provide a good service but the cost is about 4x the price of a check through the official DBS website and they have a robust cancellation policy. So check the DBS website first if that will be sufficient.

I wanted DBs check for private hire licence then when I clicked on enhanced DBs check it automatically came to standard DBs check.
And they charged £84. For simple or started DBs check at that i have clearly maintained that this is for private hire licence.

I think the government should take action for misguiding the public.
