Speedy processing
Always promp in processing claims, never had any issue, love that you can do it all online now. Only concern is my membership used to be corporate, i benefited from a good monthly premium. Now Ive retired its much more expensive, had to downgrade my policy. Otherwise it would be 5 stars. I believe you should benefit from cheaper premiums after retirement. Especially if your a long term policy holder. 45 years ive been a customer.

The online portal is good not great but makes life so much easier than downloading, printing, signing and posting a form. The money was paid faily quickly with no issues. The only improvement I would like to see very quickly is the date your 1 year resets so you can budget effectively.
