Excellent variety, offers and communication
I had a brief but excellent experience with Humanery. Excellent choice of men's products (really felt like a treasure trove) and additionally great offers and communication - I only discovered them recently and was only able to put a couple of orders in but I hope to be able to put some more in in the future!

Bad Customer support for USA clients
My order was Shipped registered mail so I had to take 1/2 off for work to get package.
Then you they wouldn't ship the samples because I was in the USA, this after I spent $175.00 US.
I would might of tried some new products if they would shipped them to me.

Thanks for your message. As communicated via email and telephone, your order was placed on a bank holiday so it wasn't prepared for despatch until the next day. Upon checkout, you opted for our free standard shipping, which is a 2-3 business day service with full tracking. Our Express option is for next-day delivery. A delivery estimate is always provided on checkout for orders in mainland UK, and the order was delivered in the delivery estimate range. All our service levels were met for this order, and we also offered the complimentary gift out of goodwill.
