Can't Fault Them
Never had a missing package issue sorted as quickly and efficiently as with Humanery. As i'm a new customer, this experience could've been make or break as to my future custom. They've got me hooked.

Alright, but could be better
Overall the experience was neither great nor bad. The products arrived on time albeit shipped in separate packages/deliveries from the manufacturer rather than Humanery.
Aggressive emails to request reviews get sent for each product which is quite annoying and puts me off ordering from you again in order to avoid the spam.

Humanery are more than just another beauty product company
Humanery aren't just another grooming product retailer, after using them for just a couple of purchases so far, they're The retailer!.
An easy to navigate site, with a massive choice of top quality products (all my favourites, and some brands I've not heard of before, but will get round to trying), really competitive prices, a very good rewards program, plus loads of additional offers.
Fast delivery in packaging that is some of the best I've come across, it keeps all your purchases nice and protected and is easily recycled.
The communications are good, it's nice to receive emails giving info on products and how best to use them, and the customer service is friendly, professional and there for any question or advice you may seek, I get the feeling they're in it for the long haul and have a human side, which is a quality you don't get with many companies these days.

Top-notch products
Excellent products, as always, and I've always received very good customer service from them when I've needed to contact them. One observation - my latest order had a free gift which was a sample size, but that was despatched separately. I wouldn't have minded waiting so they could all come together - the deliveries were only a couple of working days apart. Packaging etc.

Great product and great Customer Service.
I have very fine, thinning hair and have been using the SH1shampoo now for several months. I find it doesn't weigh my hair down like women's shampoo does and am really pleased with the results. The ordering experience is really good as is the customer service. On my last order I was entitled to a free eye serum which I had missed. Libby from Customer Services messaged me to ask if I wanted them to add it to my order. I call that great Customer Service!

First Class Customer Service and Products
I came across the site after a Google search and have placed a number of orders so far. All have been delivered very quickly and the quality is fantastic. Only had one minor issue with incorrect item sent out and spoke to customer services who quickly sorted out.
A great range of products and my new best site for grooming. I highly recommend a visit as it's one of the best sites for men.
