Great selection of products. Well packed and delivered on time.

Although had a slight issue with part of my order not being available, I have to say the team at Humanery were brilliant at resolving.
Libby has been a huge help. The items arrived and are fantastic, I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again. Can’t recommend enough.

Excellent service and aftercare.

After placing my first order, I was kindly greeted the following week with a free Skin care January package containing loads of great samples, completed with a hand written personal note.

Great product but VERY slow delivery. Waiting over a week is far too slow.

Bought a Life Jacket set from Humanery that took a while to deliver. Contacted customer support who replied the same day and were proactive. Fortunately package turned up but was pleased with Libby’s help.
Good product at a good price.

Excellent customer service. One of my parcels got lost and I was trying for over a month to get an answer from the delivery company. I eventually contacted Humanery and they investigated immediately and sent me a replacement within 3 days.

The professional manner from staff has been outstanding. Although I had some issues recieving my order this was dealt with immediately. First class communication throughout.

Worth every penny

Just been a Humanery client over last month or so and can say that the service they deliver is amazing from product advice to updating and changing orders (sorry yen about that) nothing is too much trouble and i really like the member scheme where earn points on each order. will be only be using Humanery for all my skincare products

Great website, swift delivery, and I like the ability to subscribe to make things cheaper. However… the amount of packaging for 1 bottle of shampoo was absolutely obscene. A cardboard box that was bigger than it needed to be, filled with polystyrene wotsits, and then the shampoo itself (which comes in a box) was wrapped in yet more packaging. It’s crazy.

Recently purchase HEATH eye serum. It’s been a couple weeks since I’ve started using it and I’ve seen a noticeable difference. My eyes look brighter and feel lighter. This is my first time using a product such as this and so far it seems to be working great.

Wrong item was received. Initially no response via email, however, when this was highlighted to customer services this was dealt with very quickly and a refund issued. Very friendly and personal customer care who explained the issue clearly. Thank you.

Excellent products ( my husband's favourites) BUT I've given less stars purely because of the delivery presentation. This was supposed to be a secret Christmas gift for my husband and the surprise was totally ruined purely because he accepted the delivery at the door and the box was sealed with "men u" printed tape ! Such a give away of the contents.
You spoilt the surprise guys !

Shocking product. Marketed as a quality Patchouli Cologne but actually a very cheap weak scent.
I messaged requesting a refund to be told they don't accept refunds on opened goods that can't be resold. Don't sell colognes if that's the case. How else do you establish the quality of product as described and marketed if you can't open and test.
Shocked at product and More shocked by company response and takes 2-3 days to respond to emails. I've wasted £95 on this product.
Also still receiving marketing emails despite unsubscribing however they fail to respond to emails about my complaint.

Great comms, prompt delivery and a nice freebie sent afterwards to say thanks for joining. Excellent service !

Have used Humanery a few times now. For a young company the website is slick and has great descriptions.

Their customer service is also top notch and shows they care about customer experience. I had some issues with the delivery of items due to Royal Mail strikes. Royal Mail ended up losing a few items, their customer rep Libby has been really helpful in trying to resolve issues and they went as far as hand delivering items to make sure I got it.

Highly recommended.
