Terrific customer service…
I ordered a bottle of shampoo that had been damaged during delivery when it arrived. After informing the company by email, a customer service team immediately helped out to fix the issue and Humanery even sent a hand written card with the replacement.

I originally bought AESOP shampoo from Humanery, unfortunately they didn't have any stock as AESOP were closing down the line of haircare products I was buying from. Their amazing customer service team got in touch with me within 24hrs of my purchase to inform me of the situation and came immediately with the offer of a full refund or a part-refund and multiple alternative options to choose from as well as a discount code for my next purchase. The only reason I haven't given five stars is because I believe they could improve their stock management services. They can use an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system like Oracle NetSuite to help manage this process. It will not only help their business pipeline efficiency but also lead to higher customer satisfaction. Again, I have to say their customer services are second to none, you don't often find this level of care about customer satisfaction from larger boutiques and retailers, so it's refreshing to see.
