Fantastic experience with Humanery. 1st time ordering and the process was easy and the package was delivered superfast. I had to contact customer service (no fault of Humanery) and dealt with Akash who was absolutely brilliant and definitely made we want to order from them again in the future. Top class Humanery 👍

There was a glitch on the website showing a different amount for a perfume that I have ordered. I contacted customer service dept who resolved the issue immediately, issued a refund without any delays/hassle. Great customer service team. Great prices also.

The site was relatively easy to navigate and use. However, their abuse of having my email address was quickly discovered. I was bombarded one after another with emails trying to sell me stuff. Way too easy for them to abuse having my email.

Good delivery service but thought there would of been more information about the product by way of information leaflet. WWasn't too sure how much to apply it said on box not to stir it but it had settled, so what to do I didnt know. Feel abit let down by this but product does seem to have helped with spots so thank you for that. But yes definitely more information needed for myself, thanks

Excellent Customer Care
I recently discovered Humanery whilst scouring the internet looking for the skincare products I have used for more than 10 years and swear by: Clinique for Men Skincare range.
I found their website easy to use and their checkout process simple and efficient. They have a wide range of products that is so easy to search either by product, brand, or concern.
The main reason I have given Humanery 5 stars is for their customer care. It is honestly the best I have experienced in a very long time. One of the team named Libby was friendly, helpful, and excellent at keeping me updated and informed regarding my order.
As a healthcare professional in the NHS, I know the value of good communication and service delivery/customer care, and Humanery certainly provide these to their customers. Thank you.
