I started to get scam calls after buying tickets for an event through Humantix. I had not given my number to anyone else, and the calls continued for days. There is no need for address, phone number, full name, just to attend a fundraising garden tour! You DO NOT need that data! If the credit card works, thats enough!!! Careless data collection and security puts me at risk. Thanks for that Humntix.

The information requested during ticket purchases is limited to what event organisers require to manage attendance and communicate important event details. We do not sell personal data, and we have strict safeguards in place to protect customer information.

We’ve attempted to locate an order using the name provided but weren’t able to find a matching booking. As this review was left from a private email, please contact our support team directly so we can investigate and assist.

Humanitix Help is super helpful

Humanitix is a great site for anyone who wants to produce their own show. There are so many tools to do exactly what you need. And if you get stuck, there are both numerous articles on whatever you need, and actual people who can help you in real time via their chat window. I needed help with increasing the limit on ticket purchases and someone called Lloyd was super helpful. I even think he was a human!

The Humanitix team are so helpful

The Humanitix team are so helpful. When there are have been some more complex scenarios that I have not been able to trouble shoot myself, the team have been able to teach me how to resolve this myself.

I love the use of a custom made (just for your problem) video tutorial that gives you all the information you need, and you can refer back to and share with the rest of the team to help them learn too.

Booking fee exorbitant

Charges .75 booking fee for a 10 dollar ticket - thats 7.5%! Another typical rent seeker company looking for a cut - yes I hear all the PR about donating to good causes - what does the CEO get?

sale page vs actual content difference of Course on Humanitix

I bought a ticket from Humanitix. However, the content of the activity and the actual scenario is not matching. I reached Humanitix for that and they replied I have to get in touch with them as they are marketplace only.

I feel like I am scammed and humanitix is not looking into it or trying to take any action on it. Just saying we can understand your frustration.

I’m using Humanitix for our event this coming August. As a very small non-profit group, we are planning a large event for our community and friends, and I wasn’t entirely sure how everything worked at first.
I booked a phone meeting with a staff member, who kindly answered all of my questions. Today, I also sent an email requesting an update, and Peach responded very quickly and resolved everything for me.
I’m very pleased with the support team and truly appreciate their help.

Great customer care

I contacted the support team at Humanitix with two issues related to event set-up online. They pointed me in the right direction within minutes and I was able to resolve the problems and move on. (Both were user error!) They have been similarly helpful in the past. I’m so grateful for their ethics and customer care, and highly recommend them to anyone seeking an online event ticketing system.

Humanitix = Excellent

Humanitix have a very easy to use platform which is perfect for small or solo events. Even after a few errors on our end, we were able to chat to an actual human (pun intended) who was attentive and very helpful.

AWESOME SERVICE

Karina from Humanitix (chat function) provided amazing support to me whilst I (not so effectively) explained issues I was having with my event. It was to do with ticketing I could not for the life of me figure out what the problem was.
She remained calm, was helpful and supportive even when I made it probably very hard to understand what the problem was lol. Thank you for the amazing service!

Humanitix and their staff are true to their values

I was having great difficulty with accessing my Stripe account, linked to my Humanitix Account. All options to resolve with Stripe online kept me in a loop, and there was no option for human intervention; I spent days through to get through.

So I contacted Humanitix [Alex], and within a few hours, the funds were immediately released to me, the Stripe account was re-set. This was all done through their Chat, and it was always very friendly and non-judgemental. I love Humanitix and their values

Real Human help in the middle of the night!

I had a problem in the middle of the night the chat bot cold not answer - within a very short space of time I was contacted by a human who solved that problem and came back to me on other topics I needed help with in the morning in simple language that I [non tech] could understand. This is not the first time that Humanitix has been so helpful to me.

The chatbot connected me through to Daisy (terrific human!) who was super helpful with reconfiguring a tricky registration process. Daisy also whipped up a video walkthrough on package tickets, which was very helpful! 👍Then Daisy called me to ensure all was set up properly - and sent related links for me to follow up on - all while we were both on challenging timeframes! A pleasure to deal with and I'm grateful for her support!

Wow! Well done Humanitix

Wow!! I got a bit confused when buying some tickets and ended up accidentally buying two pairs of tickets rather than the one pair that I wanted. I emailed Humanitix about this, asking for help. I was promptly sent a refund. The refund itself is great but I was also impressed with the speed of their response. Well done Humanitix.
