Humanitix provide the absolute BEST service. Really top people ready to help at the drop of a hat either online or over the phone. Humanitix isn't only the most high end ticketing platform I've ever found but as a manager and involved in 5 different "profit for purpose" organisations I'm incredibly grateful that I also get peace of mind about what service our events are supporting.

I used to advertise my events on a different platform because they offered lower fees. However, their customer support was so poor that I decided to try Humanitix — and I’m so glad I made the switch.
The website is very user-friendly. I’m not particularly tech-savvy, yet I was able to create events on my own with almost no assistance. I also love the platform’s design — it gives off a warm, friendly vibe, exactly the kind of feeling I want my prospective clients to have when they see my events.
I reached out to their customer support once and was genuinely impressed. They replied to me on a Sunday and even gave me a call when I seemed confused. That level of care and responsiveness is rare — and it makes all the difference.

For clarity, I had a cold marketing email from Humanitix at my job working for a charity here in Scotland where I manage logisitcs for our events and training. It was my first learning of the non-profit, but I could quickly see our organisations had an incredible alignment in values and the service they offered ticked a lot of boxes for our needs. The below is an excerpt from a recent email to the rep I worked with to make a decsion to migrate all of our events to their platform:
Getting everything set up in Humanitix has been so much easier than going back and working in Eventbrite to pull registration data, etc. There are so many features that just make sense - and are easier to implement. And anytime I've had a query about something I couldn't answer myself the team have been incredibly responsive and also provided really complete layered answers to things which is absolutely fantastic.

Be careful when purchasing a ticket on this website. I have paid for a multiple day event which was prematurely cancelled. I have reported the event on Humanitix and requested a refund. Unfortunately Humanitix is refusing to help me recieving a refund from the event hosts. It's been over two and a half months since the event was suppose to happen and I have yet not received any service that reflects the purchase I have made.
Humanitix advertises itself as “Tickets for good, not greed – hassle-free ticketing that puts humanity first.” Unfortunately, that hasn’t reflected my experience at all.
Despite finding a refund policy on Humanitix’s own website that outlines fair practices in the event of postponements and cancellations, I was told this was just a general "example" and that the specific event I booked had a strict no refunds policy. That means they’ve kept the full amount I paid for tickets to an event was canceled.
It feels like Humanitix is allowing event hosts to bypass basic fairness by hiding behind small print. If you're going to promote values like humanity and fairness, there should be more accountability when things go wrong, not less. Extremely disappointed.
I wouldn't purchase a ticket via Humanitix again.

I have been using Humanitix for my events roles for about 3 years now and I wouldn't choose anything else. They are always quick to respond, helpful and attentive. The system itself is really straight forward and even if something is new or sometimes a bit confusing, it doesn't take long to figure it out or get guidance. 100% recommend.

I cannot say way a relief it was to find Humantix today. I was with another platform for several years, but of late, my customers have had one problem after another using the links provided by the platform to buy tickets. The AI customer support was useless and unable to connect me to a human being.
I investigated several other platforms looking for one that would offer true pay what you can ticketing options. And Humantix was the only one I found that does. More importantly the customer support is just that, support. I was quickly and easily connected to a human being, my questions were answered, they walked me through important parts of the set up. They were friendly, kind, engaging and always checking if there was anything else I needed.
