5 Stars or More!

My organization has utilized Humanitix for 3 years now, and their support team is AMAZING (incredibly responsive, helpful, and quick). Sally is especially fabulous, though I've never been let down by anyone here. So glad we found this platform - really has made our event-planning lives easier!

I ordered 4 tickets for a gig which was…

I ordered 4 tickets for a gig which was cancelled due to insufficient ticket sales. I have repeatedly requested refunds on the website but I just get an email with a link to request a refund so end up going round in circles. There does not appear to be any other means of contacting them. I feel as if I have been scammed.

Humanitix chatline responsive and helpful

I have used Humanitix for several events and have always found their website to be user friendly and intuitive. At the end of the event, the payout has been prompt and efficient. Whenever I have had issues (e.g. I needed to change the number of tickets available), the chatline has responded quickly and very helpfully. Just recently there was a tiny issue when I needed to make a change to the title of my published/unpublished/republished event, but when I chatted to someone, the issue was resolved immediately and with no fuss. I was so happy with the responsiveness of the staff member!

Hugely impressed with the platform and service

We have just started using Humanitix and couldn't be happier or more impressed with the platform and the service. As someone who finds anything 'tech' related challenging, Humanitix is intuitive and straight forward to use. The outcome (event pages) look contemporary, professional and easy to read and navigate for the user.
In addition the support and 'help' has been brilliant - super quick response times, the 15 minute appointments you can make to ask questions, seek clarification are super helpful, so as a first time user we have felt supported every step of the way.

Grateful for the Human Touch Behind Humanitix

Our experience with Humanitix has been exceptional from day one.

As organizers of a large 800+ person conference, we previously used Eventbrite — and constantly ran into high fees, technical frustrations, and unreliable support. Making the switch to Humanitix completely transformed our operations. The platform is professional, accurate, and incredibly dependable, but it’s the people behind it who make all the difference.

Onyalie and Avery have gone above and beyond at every turn — offering patient guidance, quick responses, and genuine care for our success. Their dedication has made our work smoother and our attendees’ experience better than ever.

We’re now preparing for our fourth major conference with Humanitix, and we truly couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this outstanding team and platform!

A Must-Use for Non Profits!

So grateful that a platform like Humanitix exists. I can't imagine planning our org's inaugural fundraising gala without it. The best part has been my experience with the customer service team. Always helpful and super attentive.

Great for Novice Event Coordinators

I've been hosting a series of community events over the last year and have used Humanitix for registrations (the events were free). It has been a very smooth process with great tech support when I've needed it. I'm a complete amateur, so have appreciated the How To videos too.
