Cannot open file

Cannot open file. Might be good for event organisers but hopeless for customers.

Humantix Requested more information and disappointed with Trust pilot response.

Well went to print/download tickets (for Melbourne Flower show) from 2 different android mobile phones but neither phone could open file as some stupid PDF JS file, shouldn't be this hard and can't be the only one having this problem. Is that enough information Humantix and Trust Pilot?

Happy to promote dodgy companies

A company used humantix to sell tickets to their Halloween event. The event was the biggest scam ever! So much so that any negative reaction to it on their Facebook they would block that person and delete their comment. I ( and several others) reached out to them for a refund. I knew I'd have no luck after seeing them deleting people and comments off social media so I reached out to hummantix and nothing! So disgusting they are happy to represent a fraudulent company.

Purchased tickets

Purchased tickets to bridgetown show through their website. Money paid via PayPal but received no ticket invoice email. Contacted them twice via their website and twice informed they were sending email with all ticket information. Still nothing.... won't use this website again and will put in dispute to PayPal.
Edit:
Recived contact call today (6/12/23) problem with emails causing issues with website resolved.

We switched from the leading US competitor, and not only does Humantix do everything we were used to, but they do more, and it is way easier for the organizers and participants to navigate. if I could give 10 stars, I would!

Big shout out to Darren

Big shout out to Darren and the whole team. It’s so good to be able to chat with a real human, which is rare these days. It’s so frustrating talking to robots when you need help, it just goes round in circles 😆
Darren helped me navigate the system and gave me some awesome tips to streamline my events and make marketing much easier for me.
I’m still learning with the whole tech thing but it’s necessary for marketing. Darren took all the angst out of it for me by making it super simple whilst he supported me.
Best platform for events ever! Highly recommend. 👌🏽👌🏽

Humanitix is a game changer!

Our organisation recently made the switch to Humanitix, and we wish we had done it sooner! This platform is a game-changer. It's incredibly easy to navigate, intuitive, and highly functional. The standout feature that sets Humanitix apart is the ability to use our own branding, including our organisations colors, which gives our events a unique and professional touch.

In addition to the branding flexibility, Humanitix offers seamless event integration – we can easily link our website to our events page with our unique URL. This feature has simplified our event management significantly.

Although all of our events are free to attend (and therefore free to publish), the support team at Humanitix has been outstanding. They are amazingly helpful, quick to respond, efficient, and an absolute delight to deal with. Their exceptional customer service adds immense value to this already fantastic platform. Add to that Humanitix inspirational mission, vision and values; we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for an online event management solution.

I am so impressed with the customer…

I am so impressed with the customer support team, especially Maia. Being new to Humanitix, and not really knowing if I had set my event up properly it was reassuring to know I could use the Live chat and have any of my questions answered right away. No question was too big or too small, everyone I spoke to was helpful and professional. Thanks again for all your help!

Best help desk ever!

We are a volunteer not for profit organising a very large event. We have never used a ticketing app before.
Humanitix were absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The interface is intuitive and easy to use, however due to some complications in our event, we had to seek advice from the help desk numerous times.
BEST HELP DESK EVER!!!
Humanatix have gone far beyond what we would expect from any company. I'd give six stars if I could!

Failure to pay refund for cancelled event

I booked online tickets (2 tickets - more than $200) for a speaker event in Brisbane which was organised by Thinkinc through Humantix- the event was due to take place in May 2023. I received an email from Thinkinc in April (with Humantix listed as the event ticketer) letting me know the event had been cancelled, and that a refund was being processed. I had not received any payment by July so I requested a refund through Humatix events refund page on their website and also responded to the Thinkinc cancellation email - I got no response from Humantix and got a short response from Thinkinc saying they would be escalating to their manager (although no name given). However, I received no follow up, and no refund. I replied to the Thinkinc email 3 times, and have also followed up with Humantix asking for an update with no response from either and no clarity on how to deal with this issue. I've seen other comments online from customers with similar experiences. Both companies promote themselves as ethical busineses - and both continue to promote events in Australia (eg Peter Singer, Neil De Grasse) yet my experience (and that of others I can see writing reviews online) suggest both have extremely poor customer services and unethical business practices - numerous examples of taking money and failing to process refunds which are legally required by consumer protection laws where events have been cancelled

Absolutely blown away by the details!

I received a custom screen recording me walking me through exactly what I needed to do on MY event specifically to answer my question. Instead of having to sort through a wall of text, I got a personalized walkthrough that not only answered my question, but gave me a few more details so I could make the most informed decision about my event possible. Above and beyond what I was expecting!

A totally scam

Please do not by tickets from this website. I spent almost $400 to attend a fashion show in New York fashion week I was with my family and it was NOTHING as described. When we arrived it was not a black tied, everyone was dressing like a cheap night club, the bar was just with a cheap wine and the worst part was that they didn’t have chairs for us. A totally disaster. Now I’m disputing my money and is taking forever. Again avoid this scam.
