Julian Moore came and gave us a comprehensive display of the various mobility scooters. A very pleasant man and most helpful. Unfortunately is it a bit out of our price range at the moment but will be back in touch if circumstances change

Only positive I have is Lloyd, was a Great experience. Totally reassuring being given a full talk then demo using the scooter.

Will say delivery is much longer than their 2/3 day selling pitch. Not really kept updated, whilst waiting for 'delivery team' to reach out. Called a week later, and sold a story saying they were awaiting on the finance which was set up as a direct debt Friday.

Update 17/9/26

Still had no correspondence at all from humfree, all times I've called they have stated they haven't called me. Then told they had 3 order numbers, it's bad enough I was made to sign 2 finance agreements at the beginning 7/9 & 8/9.
Called to cancel, they finally inform they have a backlog of orders and they could loan the demo a few weeks.

Least to say, their customer service is beyond poor. They need to explain delivery/order issues when placing the order.
Quick enough to set up the direct debit and have payments coming out before even getting my actual order.

Very helpful Sober took his time to ensure things were explained and understood. A simple sales process. Excellent.
