I almost thought this was a scam because the price was so good, but I was referred by a trusted source, so I decided to give them a call. The tech came out, explained everything that needed to be done and why, replaced our Prius hybrid system in about an hour, and gave advice on future care. The car is running great! Highly recommend this company for all hybrid needs. Thank you, hybrid2go!

Perfect. It is much cheaper than regular battery. And they promise to take care for life time. Yes, they did replace a new one for me last year.

Josh, Xavier and Michael are great to work with. Hybrid2go came to me! That’s great service right there. Then took a very short time to remove and install the new battery. A year later the battery had an issue. I needed to test the warranty and it was simple. No questions asked and simply met me again and swapped out the hybrid battery. I’ve had several Prius since 2002. I live in the High Sierra and drive them hard. When can you get a mechanic to come to you? Hybrid2go with one phone call. It was that simple. My 70 year old brain loves that kind of service and attention to detail!

My experience with Hybrid2Go was fantastic! To access the hybrid battery in my 2013 Prius V, I needed to remove the contents of my rear storage area. It took me longer to get the stuff out, then it took for them to remove the old battery and install the reconditioned one.

Prior to my install, I had various error codes using the Dr. Prius app. They told me the codes would clear in a few days of driving, and they were right.

I've had my battery since June, 2025 (14 months) and I've no issues. And they included a lifetime warranty.

I would highly recommend Hybrid2Go.

The technician who installed our “new” reconditioned hybrid battery was very efficient, informative and quick. I was very happy with the work.

I had a dead cell in my 2014 Toyota Prius and needed a replacement hybrid battery. Hybrid2go siunded reasonable, plus they came to my house and replaced my hybrid battery, now I'm back on the road driving my Prius without concern!

This company came & replaced my hybrid battery but the battery that they swapped mine with was no good, I wasn’t able to drive the car further than down the street. I let the owner know what was going on & he got aggressive with me & said “when are you going to admit that it isn’t the battery?” I would only be able to move the car from parking spot to parking spot then eventually the battery went completely out to where I couldn’t move the car at all, towed the car ba k to the dealership a second time where they confirmed a second time that it was in fact the battery that failed. These people talk about a warranty & I paid them around $2,000 for nothing. They’re a scam. I’m a single mother of 3 (kids father had cancer & passed away) & this is the type of scams they’re running. Don’t get scammed. Mind you they never talked about making this right or even a refund they just ignored me.

Hybrid2go installed a new (refurbished) battery on my old Ford Escape hybrid. Unfortunately, the battery failed after a few weeks. Hybrid2go came and switched the battery again. And again. After that, I decided the problem must be somewhere in my car’s electrical system and asked whether the company would be interested in buying my car as is. Which they did, under no obligation.

Although this is a story of a failure, Hybrid2go didn’t leave me in a lurch. They tried and tried again to remedy the situation, coming to my driveway multiple times to try to remedy the situation. And that’s why they earned 5 stars from me!

I’ve been knowing these guys for a round 3 1/2 years and I truly appreciate these guys @ Hybrid2go, Because when I try pricing the battery for my 2005 Toyota Prius generation 2, the prices was outrageous. Around. three years ago the cost was around $2000 now the cost is around $4100. 00 with only one year warranty. But it wasn’t only the price that intrigue me it was their service. I had to wait about a week because they were so busy. But they did call me and let me know and offered me a rescheduled time. That was suitable for my schedule. And that fascinated me the most they come out to you, to your own home who does that? That Thursday morning he called me, Let me know he was in route. Very kind polite professional, It only took him 10 minutes and he was done. And plus I have a lifetime warranty for my battery. And they let me knew if anything go wrong they will come out and replace it. I truly truly appreciate these guys-The kind-of service accommodation, dependability and warranty these guys offer its definitely one of a kind.

They replaced my 2007 Prius HV battery, 3 years warranty, 18 months later, HV battery down again, they came again to replace it free, today I still have one year warranty left, I should have ordered the one with life warranty.

This is the first time I’ve ever had to deal with replacing the battery and I was nervous Hybrid to go made it so easy. I called and they came to my work and replaced it in the parking lot easy Peezy all done no problems.!! What a blessing.

After using a somewhat dubious hybrid replacement service for my aging Prius, and experiencing battery failure within a year, I did a thorough search for a better option. Hybrid to go had the best reviews and a great warranty. Although more expensive than other options it has been totally worth the extra money. Having the work done at my location was worth every penny. Years later we had one of the battery cells go bad and they quickly came and replaced it and the car is once again running like new! 100% recommend
