Customer service was top notch. I reached out to get some help with my 2011 Toyota Prius hybrid. The battery needed serviced. I’m a mobile service technician and felt I could do it on my own. I reached out for some advice and they provided it. I called three other companies and they wouldn’t help. Hybrid2go did. Thanks guys!!

Hybrid2go came to my home to install the battery. When my battery was not working after 2 years,they installed it for free because the battery had 3 years warranty. Easy to interact with them and they are always available for helping.

Called them on a warranty for my prius battery. Gave them the info when they installed it. They set a appointment and came out to my house and installed another one. They cleaned and checked the fan and all connections. Also checked my little battery to make sure it was still good. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Best price for a replacement battery with a lifetime warranty for a 2012 prius c. Installer was prompt, quick, and proffesional.

About 2 years later, battery went out. Followed the guidelines to get it replaced under warranty. A couple days later they replaced it under the coverage. Have already bought another for our other Pirus c as well. Highly recommend them.

Mechanic came to my house and replaced my 23 year old Prius' battery in under an hour. Then he patiently explained the source of frequent leaks in car's like mine and how I could fix it myself with $7 worth of RTV sealant. (Fortunately mine hadn't started leaking but I could see that it soon would when I added the RTV.) Very pleasant fellow. Great experience overall.

Great experience! I was so unsure of what to do and where to go. My 2010 Prius needed a new battery, after I replaced the 12 volt in the back.

I used Hybrid to go for my daughter 1st car a 2010 HS250. When I called I was greeted as if I was talking to an old friend. During the call I was never pressured to make an appointment or commit to anything. When I asked what was the price from the gentleman on the phone he confirmed the same price I found on their website, I made my appointment and they arrived 15 mins early which I though was Awsome the swapped batteries and reassembled my trunk covers. The installer was not on his phone during the install which was important to me. 3 years later my friend called me for my opinion on replacing the hybrid battery in his 2012 Prius. I immediately raved and recommended Hybrid2go and he was shocked at how efficient and kind during the process.

I've got nothing but good things to say about this company. The price was the best i could find in my area. They replaced my old hybrid battery in less time than they quoted. When it had a problem, they came out and replaced it with another one. Great warranty!! The car runs fantastic now for a 2003 and still gets over 40 miles to the gallon. When my 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid battery fails, I'll be using them again. Feel confident when using this company, their service is top notch! Thanks again!!

I was super worried when the mechanic said I needed to replace my cars hybrid battery. Hybrid2go made it affordable and painless. They came right to my house. I highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

While the battery worked fine, these people don't seem trustworthy. I got a new battery from them which was supposed to have a warranty. I ended up getting in an accident, but the battery was fine. They originally told me that the battery warranty transferred. I told them my story and tried to ask them to help me with installing the batter into my new car, which was compatible, but they just kind of blew me off. As it turned out, however, the car I got had another battery from them which, according to the date on the battery, was installed earlier that year. I tried to ask them about it, but never got any response. On top of all this, there is NO official paper work that explains the warranty. They just told me the receipt was the warranty. So, product, so far so good anyway, company, no good. They want to make up their own rules as they go
