My Prius battery died. My finances were tight. After calling many businesses for a new battery, I was discouraged. I saw an ad for Hybrid2go and called. The price for a replacement battery was one I could afford. I chose their refurbished battery, which I learned was a better battery than the factory battery. The refurbished had better parts than the ones now made in China and were expected to hold up even better. I live in Northern California, yet the battery was to arrive and be installed the next morning. As promised, and on time, a very pleasant mechanic had my old battery replaced with the battery of my choice. I was very pleased with my experience with this company. Additionally, the mechanic gave me tips on how to extend the life of my battery, which I did not know.
With my battery was a three year warranty!

Great experience. They change my battery really quick and when it failed they changed it without any charge

My battery died. Once I hired a mechanic for codes you replaced the battery and honered warrenty.

Our Prius battery finally failed after 20 years. Called Hybrid2go and immediately scheduled an appointment the following business day. Technician arrived and quickly installed the lifetime battery. After the install we experienced a humming from the battery fan, they came right back and quickly replaced that too. Would recommend them and we will surely use them again if our second Prius ever has a need for a battery replacement.

Possibly the most incredible company I've ever worked with. Dealer wanted $4500. Hybrid2go offered to replace my battery for $1500 with a lifetime warranty. They showed up to my house in San Diego promptly at the appointment time and swapped out my battery in under 20 minutes. That was 4 years ago and my battery is still running strong. I keep referring people to them and I have to research the name every time because I haven't called them since. If every company was like them, the world would be a much better place! If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would have.

Easy to schedule appointment to replace the hybrid battery in my 2006 Prius. The installer was prompt, efficient, personable and knowledgeable. About a month after initial replacement, the battery failed (due to a faulty cell), but with no questions asked, the company immediately scheduled an appointment to replace it, and the car has been running great ever since. Mileage has also improved to new car status! I'm so glad I didn't have this done by the dealer!

Phenomenal service, had a technician come to my house and drop a refurbished battery in after my check hybrid system light was on. Had problems with the battery several months later and the company honored the battery warranty and installed another one. I have been running smoothly ever since then. 5/5 stars and would recommend to anyone with a Prius.

I got my 2013 Avalon hybrid battery replaced a year ago, so far it drives like New, got a 100,000 Miles or 3 years warranty ( whichever comes first) cost me around $2,000 I was offered a lifetime warranty for an extra $1,000 ( which I declined), my mistake I've already drove almost 20,000 miles since.
So far I'm very happy with the outcome.

When a 4-year-old replacement battery failed on our 2006 Prius, we needed a longer-lasting solution that was also cost-effective. (The original OEM battery had lasted 140K miles and 16 years.) We checked with our long-time local repair shop and investigated several online options.

Of all the online and other options, Hybrid2Go offered the best solutions, lowest prices, best warranties, and the quickest service. Cole and Oz were very helpful over the phone and Cody, our young installer, was terrific when he came up from San Luis Obispo (in an older Prius that holds 11-13 hybrid batteries!) to swap out our hybrid battery for a new OEM Toyota one with a lifetime warranty -- at below-dealership cost. The entire job took less than 30 minutes and Hybrid2Go recycles/remanufactures the old batteries. I later fond out that my former neighbor had independently hired HYbrid2Go and had a very similar experience with their work on her Hyundai hybrid.

Hybrid2go had the best pricing, warranty and install of all of the aftermarket prius battery sales (I researched a lot.) They came to me two days after buying and installed the battery for cheaper than I could have done it myself if I had gone with any other company. Professional, courteous and overall a pleasure to do busines with!

Easy too deal with the representative when you place the order and a reasonable amount of the hybrid battery defend on a condition.The schedule was accurate time of arrival with the technician to installed the unit with the respect..So a 100% recommended .

Professional, quality work, most inexpensive option out there without exception! It's been 17 months (4/2025) since we had our battery (2008 Camry) replaced and absolutely no issues. Highly recommend these guys!

Everything about this experience was top notch. Our installer showed up at the house on time and got right to work. He answered all of our questions as he went. We got the refurbished hybrid battery for our 2008 Lexus. It had performed flawlessly for 4 months now! I highly recommend Hybrid2Go!!

Great experience with Hybrid2go! When we needed a new battery for our Lexus, I researched several companies. Hybrid2go was the most informative (as I tend to ask a ton of questions!)...they also had the best overall reviews, and BBB reputation. Others needed a week or more to have a battery ready...Hybred2go, was ready in 3 days! Installation was smooth & fast! Lastly the warranty and price was the best, of all companies I researched! I highly recommend!

Hybrid2go was the answer to my prayers. They set up a time with me to be at my home to replace my 2013 Prius battery. The vehicle that they drive has a computer that analyses your hybrid vehicle. They have all the tools and your replacement battery. The mechanic was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He had the job done in two hours. My car has run perfectly since. I will highly recommend Hybrid2go and I have told everyone that has a hybrid vehicle how they are a great company. Toyota would charge $7000.00 compared to less than $2000.00 for Hybrid2go.

Hybrid to Go did an outstanding job replacing the hybrid battery in our Kia Optima Hybrid. From start to finish, they were fast, professional, and easy to work with. They communicated clearly, showed up when expected, and completed the replacement efficiently without making the process complicated.
