Absolutely top-tier service from Hybrid2go! They replaced the hybrid battery on my 2015 Lexus NX300h a few months ago, and the entire process was quick and hassle-free. The check engine light that had been bothering me is completely gone, and the car has been running exceptionally smooth ever since. If you need a hybrid battery replacement without the runaround, this is the place to go!

Our 2014 Tortora Prius battery went bad. I searched about replacements online and hybrid2go popped up. They had by far the best price and incredible customer service and communication. I would recommend these guys everytime!

I found the website when I was looking for help since the dealship was charging me for a new car. They were fast to schedule me and very fast to come out and replace the battery. They saved me so much money with what they offer.

Our experience was amazing! Our hybrid battery died and we started calling mechanic shops and Toyota dealerships for quotes. Everyone was quoting us a high amount. As soon as I called, the representative on the phone answered all my questions and our battery was replaced within the week. Our car was stuck in our parking space, so it was super helpful to get the service completed right at home without having to tow our car to the shop. Would highly recommend them. Also, their warranty for our new battery is super helpful and eases our mind.

We purchased a battery for our 2009 Camry. It failed a few years later, but Hybrid2go exchanged it seamlessly. I recommend them if you are in their area.

They sent a email blast saying that if you leave a review, you will be entered into a $1000 raffle, that is dishonest and misleading at best, so here’s my review, brands‘s work hard to maintain a good reputation and manipulating Reviews is not moral, and puts companies that work hard at a loss, I can see that you guys have 3.5 stars on trust pilot, I’m sure there’s a reason for that,

Was excellent service, quick replacement, they do at my work, the battery works as I expected, have 8 months with the battery installed and no problems, I use the car several hours at day and works perfect, highly recommended

First off, the pricing and quality of the refurbished battery was amazing.
The installer was FAST and a delight to work with.
Best part? With the addition of the warranty, my Prius' value went up drastically at car dealerships that were making offers!

Hybrid2Go was super helpful both over the phone and in repairing my hybrid battery efficiently. I also have peace of mind from the lifetime warranty. I did a lot of research before booking and I was confident they were the best and cheapest way to go when looking for a new Toyota battery that I could rely on.

The hybrid battery on our 2009 Prius was failing after only 109K miles.
Our local mechanic diagnosed it.
They suggested either going to the Toyota dealer which is expensive, or a neighborhood garage.
The local garage took my messages twice, but the manager never called me back.

I called the Toyota dealer. Had to talk to 3 people to get an estimage.
$2,253 for the battery and $1,350 for the core. But I might get a partial refund for the core after 6 months.
Also, 4 hours of labor at $200 / hour!
About $4400 total.

So, I went online. My kids had used hybrid2go.com for their Prius.
I filled out a form. Somebody called me back in 10 minutes and said, we can come by in 2 days.
Really? How much?
$1,600. we'll do the work in your driveway, it will take half an hour. 3 year warranty.
No kidding.
They refurbish the batteries by testing each cell and replacing the bad ones.
They did the job as advertised.
The mechanic showed up at the appointed time.
He was very professional.
He completed the entire job in 30 minutes!
The only difficult part was that I had to empty the trunk of the Prius. :->
I live in Sacramento, CA, but the service is national with local offices.
