Very weak packaging, the underpart with transport damages, I tryed to repair myself, because I have no time to repack and send back, and because I need it very soon. It was my first and my LAST order.
I won't recommend you. It was disappointing.

Today I received techincal support on a water dispenser and I am so happy with the service I feel compelled to share my positive experience.
I telephoned the helpline and Peter responded straight away. He was very friendy, professional and clearly very knowledgeable of the product. I felt so valued as a customer - I could see straight away that he was determined to resolve my issue.
I didn't have much information to go off as my partner purchased the item but Peter contacted suppliers, sent photographs and called me again to offer further technical advice.
I would recommend this company to anyone and I hope if you have any issues you get through to Peter too as he is ten stars !

Top loading machine constantly leaks - we have had 4 machines so far through our supplier and each time there has been an issue. The taps either don't turn off fully (they're made from cheap flimsy plastic) so it pours constantly into the drip tray which then overflows onto the floor, or it simply leaks from cracks in the side panels. Overall, a very poor experience with this machine.

Having rented a water dispenser for many years at great expense I now wish we had purchased this one from Primo a long time ago. It's neat, modern easy to move, run and clean and it was a good price and quickly delivered. The water is good and again a good price.

There was unfortunately a small mistake with my order but once I reported it, it was dealt with appropriately. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them is all the difference, especially when you own up to a mistake and apologise.
The quality of the cooler is good and the taste of the water is excellent. Much better than the tap water - which I did not have a problem with prior to using this water.
The water dispenser also has a hot water feature and is perfect for a quick coffee or cup of tea. This is the perfect accessory for a man cave or home office.

Great experience from hydrate as I received my bottle which was damaged and Ben kindly sent me a code for a replacement straight away. Can’t wait for my new bottle!
Find a company that cares not Hydrate, if you have a problem with the unit they are not interest, mine arrived with a fault in the end they sent me instructions to try and fix it myself, over £200 a few days old and I am meant to take it apart and repair it, plus they sell you a button to reorder water and no instruction how to connect it, all told a rubbish firm
