Can’t understand how they got good reviews.

Spent £70 to get the free bottle and mystery box and got nothing no replies to my emails or comments on their facebook page I feel like I’ve been robbed and lied to I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone

Enjoying using the hydro snow foam bottle. Great products.

My purchase was delivered very quickly. The products that I ordered work extremely well. Washing my car has just got a lot easier. I will be purchasing other products in the range too.

Terrible delivery. States next day or 1-3 days delivery. It’s now 8 days past order date and still not delivered. They sent me a DPD tracking link stating it was on its way but the tracking actually shows it’s not even picked up.

My first choice for car and caravan cleaning products.
Can do all my car in 15 / 20 minutes and leaves it looking showroom ready .

Loved how easy this made to wash my car. The mitt is so soft and easy to use. The shampoo is also soft and leaves a lovely shine. I used the pre wash then the foam then the shampoo I didn't even need to polish my windows. I am very fussy and white cars are hard to keep clean. Ordering was easy plus not too long a wait.plus A FREE GIFT! Yay.

Had an issue with one of the spray bottles, I discussed this with customer support (Niamh) with a supporting video, a replacement spray bottle has been sent.

Next day delivery? Yeah right, its been 9 days now. Normally i check the website has a phone number before placing any orders, this time i forgot! Only can contact them by email, which they dont reply to. Will be making a charge back on my credit card. Seems like a scam to me..........

Would have liked to write a review after testing the products, but I’m still yet to receive them. Website states incorrect information regarding both express & standard delivery. I received DPD tracking number but parcel is yet to be received by DPD. Website says they use Royal Mail. Customer service seems to be non-existent. Offers next day delivery, but 7 days after ordering item is yet to be dispatched. Already emailed suggested address, no response.

Ordered a bundle last Monday, 7 days has passed still not received and no communication to say when delivery is expected. As previous comments wish we had seen these comments as wouldn't have ordered. Will be cancelling order if don't receive soon. Glad I used my credit card to purchase this product.

So. I had abit of an issue with delivery, but with it being a bank holiday, with discounts flying left right and centre, i should have been abit more relaxed about it. Have tested the product out now. The products seem to do the job. The V2 spray bottle output speed was very slow. I have watched their tutorials prior to using. Also read all instructions and it just wouldn’t t come out as ive seen in the videos. Lucky enough ive done plenty of car washing in my time so i just made do. The pre and snow both did what expected. Just a shame my bottle didnt seem to spray out a nice consistency like ive seen. I cannot fault the hydro seal coating. That has worked wonders. Cannot give a 5 as i ended up using 3 times what i expected as the spray bottle just sprayed out a slow shower of watery foam. But the cleaning products themselves are good!

Very disappointed with pre wash and snow foam
Spent £80 on both 5L products .... used both as described but still had to hand wash both cars after 1 hour of the pre wash / foam .... so disapointed - used Demon products for many years and will go back to this product.... Too much Instagram hype onhow great it is - Took me 3 hours to fully clean 2 cars including my additional hand wash .....

ordered the product and it took far longer than the "express delivery" I don't have a huge issue with this as I understand there can be delays. The biggest disappointment is that it is not as advertised. I got the pre-wash and snow foam. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. Despite following instructions and even doubling the amounts recommended it still doesn't clean. Only thing good about it is the build quality of the spray bottle. My advise is save your self the cash and stick with a bucket and sponge. It actually amazes me how poorly the product works. will definitely not be buying again

Product works well. Leaves the car clean and water repellent. Postage was quick and appears good quality. No issues so far

Didn't get a chance to try the product as wasn't delivered on time or on later date so cancelled the order the company didn't offer me any explanation. And asked delivery company to take it back to them. Wood not recommend them to anyone

Delivery was stated to be 'express' but took about a week to ship and deliver. Response times are awful aswell which doesn't help.

Once received I was excited to try. Soon realised the spray bottles are terrible, the pre wash leaks everywhere when you pump it.
Have to keep pumping to get anything on your car, the trigger does nothing on mine - seems to be a useless feature.
I used pre wash and snow foam afterwards, removed hardly any dirt so had to give it a second clean using the trusty method of a bucket and mitt.

Not at all like they advertise it to be. Honest reviews seem to disappear from social media adverts, I wish I had checked here first.
Don't waste your money. It has potential but falls short.

Great customer service and lots of deals to be had.
The products are amazing and leaves my car super shiny with very little effort.
I use the pre-wash and snow foam.
