I would give this a 3/5 if the hydro spray bottles were better quality and gave a longer spray time. I used the pre and snow foam that I purchased and they appeared to soften and lift dirt quite well. I don’t have a jet washer so tried to reuse one of the spray bottles to rinse. Pretty rubbish spray strength and need repressurising continuously. I think in the promotional videos I saw most of the cleaning is achieved by a pressure washer rather than the cleaning products. Disappointed! I only have a Suzuki swift but struggled to spray a single whole panel without repressurising. 2ltr capacity is too small in my opinion and poor finish on plastic edges/weak spray pattern. Products overall 3/5 for cleaning chemicals but 1/5 for the spray bottles.

it’s OK used 3-4 times since i bought this but quality of pump is OK.

It is not clean the dirt how they show on video useless

My first hydro bottle failed after the 2nd time of using it. I contacted Hydro with the concern, they asked for a video of the issue and very quickly sent out a replacement bottle FOC.

Bought this because Facebook made it look good… says express delivery but nothing, email and message on fb but nothing. I ask for it too be cancelled and still nothing I get in contact with the company who bought through and wow what do you know I get a notification saying will be dispatched… not that DPD have it yet! Company is a joke and I would seriously go elsewhere… I will review product after I have used it but this isn’t given me any confidence… terrible company to deal with and not honest like someone else said they delete negative comments on fb .. avoid

Pre and snow work great. The polish leaves a nice soft touch

Originally purchased the Pre and Snow products first which dramatically reduced the effort to clean the car for maintenance washes The only contact required for the paintwork is now when drying.
Recently purchased Alloy and Fallout, cleaning wheels is now a super easy job.

Very poor customer service communication. Been emailing as my order was meant to be delivered extra quick 1-3 days and it hasn't even been passed on to the courier.No answer to email. Definitely won't be buying again.

Placed my second order on Hydro during their birthday sale and received one item in error. Sent an email which was picked up by Hannah issue sorted and correct item sent. I've already recommend to friends and family brilliant products and customer service

Recieved package and was missing the shampoo bottle. Emailed several times and no reply!!

Products themselves work really well, car always comes up clean and is a relatively easy process.
Shipping is always quick and have had no issues on any of my orders.
One of my bottles broke recently, and although customer service was slow to respond, they did stand by their products and shipped me a replacement.
Overall this has been a positive experience and I will continue to be a customer of theirs based on my experience.

Ordered and was promised a quick delivery...it turned up much later than expected...no apology or contact to say it would be late...really poor service and even poorer customer service...this company even removes poor reviews from their Facebook page so it all looks ok rather than answer the problems people are having

The product was supposed to be delivered between 1 and 3 days. By day 4, the courier didn't even have the product yet. Having emailed saying I wanted the order cancelling, I received an email after the order was "delivered" despite the fact that I'm away from home!

I order a caravan cleaning bundle and received the standard car product. So far emails have not been answered. Apparently communication is not a strong point for this company. All I want is for the product I ordered to be supplied. Very disappointed, wishing I hadn’t been sucked in.

Bought with express 1-3 day delivery, 4 days after payment order still not even dispatched, terrible service, don’t recommend, won’t use again. No shortage of other more reliable companies offering the same kind of products.

I initally bouth 2 products, SNOW and PRE . I was so impressed I also bouth SHAMPOO, GLASS, DETAIL and INTERIOR.

This is the first time ever writing a review of a product, never been this Peed off I don't think!!After watching endless videos on Facebook I decided to take the plunge and buy the Hydro 2 bottle bundle with prewash and snow foam, no problem with delivery, so followed instructions and what an absolute joke of a product, endless pumping of the bottles, definitely not as I watched in adverts, prewash and snow foam did nothing to the muck on my little Corsa van, had to go over with sponge to shift it, thought this would take away the hard work, no chance! Then of course can't return for refund, bottles have been opened and sprayers been used, so I don't know how your supposed to try products with out using them, but there you go, feel very very disappointed all round, save your money and invest in a bucket and sponge.
