Nach etwas mehr wie 2 Jahren Benutzung (2 Jahre und 1 Monat!) und vielleicht alle 3-6 Tage benutzung ging beim Hyper X II Die Plastikverkleidung über den Ohrmuscheln kaputt. Die sind regelrecht durchgebrochen. Support angeschrieben, jeglichen Step von dennen durchgeführt. Am Ende kam die Nachricht, ja nl Garantie abgelaufen, Pech gehabt. Kundenzufriedenheit ist Hyper X Scheinbar NICHT wichtig. Von daher rate ich jedem ab sich ein Produkt von Hyper X zuzulegen (die Mikrofone sind sowieso grottig) und sich eher nach alternativen umzuschauen.

Probably the best quality/cost ratio I've ever seen on a gaming gear👍 I have headsets from them and Using them for like my third year, and they are pretty nice. Ilike how they made the wire like 3 meters so it's comfortable.The downside is that ear pads are starting to peel off already and Idk what I can do if they fall off. But all in all, 3 years for this is the best I could get I guess.

Purchased some items for birthdays on the 25th of Feb. The mouse turned up damaged. Sent photos and they wanted the item returned. Chased for over a week for a return label. Returned item, but had to send proof of postage as they have not checked received. 25th March still not received the replacement mouse. Now requesting a refund as sick of chasing and waiting.
Will not be buying again or recommend

Purchased headphones for my sons birthday but they turned out to be too small. I contacted HyperX to ask to exchange them but was told that since it was 2 days over the 14 day return period they wouldn't take them back. Absolutely awful, will never deal with this company again.

HyperX Cloud II Headset geht leicht kaputt, offenbar vom Hersteller so geplant. Geplante Obsoleszenz.
Am Bügel befinden sich Plastikverkleidungen, die durch das Polster permanent etwas unter Druck stehen. Und beim Ablegen der Kopfhörer liegen die oftmals darauf. Durch die permanente mechanische Beanspruchung können die irgendwann kaputt gehen. Solche mechanische Defekte sind bei HyperX von der Herstellergarantie ausgeschlossen. Und Ersatzteile dafür werden offenbar nicht verkauft, damit die Leute komplett neue Kopfhörer kaufen müssen. Diese Verkleidungen sind bei einigen anderen Kopfhörern aus Metall.
Ich werde mir keine Produkte mehr von HyperX kaufen.

Misplaced the adapter for my Hyperx Cloud III Wireless gaming headset. Reached out to support for help. Got a quick and friendly response by Stefan from customer support.
2 days later i received a new adapter, sent by HyperX, no questions asked.

Really great customer service. Things like these are what matters. 5/5.

Meine Bestellung kam nie bei mir an und ging laut DHL Sendungsverfolgung zum Absender zurück. HyperX sendet mir weder mein Geld zurück noch die Ware wieder zu.
Auf Email's wird nicht geantwortet. Da dieser ach so seriöse shop keine paypal Zahlung anbietet und ich somit mit KK zahlen musste ist mein Geld weg.

the sound works fine and the issue I have is with the adaptor. the device is picked up on every software but the mic only works without the adaptor. I've tried everything and I assume that the adaptor is broken. other then the adaptor its alright. I used the usb to aux adaptor from my old mic and it works fine, although the cord is really short so it gets in the way.
2/5 don't buy. spend that little extra money to buy the wireless version.

I have a key board it is good and a mouse it is also good but the head phones are bad they fall apart and just kinda stuck I've had 2 of them just fall apart and not be fixable and both are nice but they fall apart after like 2 months of use i got the hyperx cloud stinger 2 and they just fell apart don't buy headphones from them.

Received the Cloud Alpha S wired headset in blue for my birthday last January. By December, the ear caps had randomly came off - just popped off. It took a while but luckily my dad was able to put them back on, saving me from going to a tech shop. Now the left headphone doesn't work at all. I think the sound quality is absolutely brilliant, by far the best headset I've ever had, but for the price it should last longer than my £25 unbranded pair off Amazon I've had for 3 years and have now been forced to use again before I can buy something better. The microphone quality is actually horrendous, choppy, muffled and cuts out often, so not good if you're in call. If a game, music or voice chat is playing through the speakers at the same time, it makes it cut out even more often, which is awful when playing a co-op game. Also, the audio jack never worked, it had to be attached to my PC via USB or didn't work. Better than others I've bought that have had deafening ringing upon disconnects/unstable connection, but I sadly cannot recommend this product or brand to anyone in good conscious. The unbranded headset I have has better microphone quality. All this being said, the noise cancellation on the Hyper Cloud S is also nonexistent. Although, to give credit, they are very comfortable.

Habe den USB-Anschluss für mein Headset verbogen. Hatte dann dem Support geschrieben, diese haben mir dann einfach einen neuen USB-Stick geschickt. Musste nichts zahlen, top!

Terrible customer service. Ordered 2 different items. They shipped 2 of one item and 0 of the other. Trying to resolve this is like attempting to pull teeth from a dinosaur. Will probably just have to charge the entire order back as their customer service is worse than Xfinity, and that should tell you everything you need to know about this company. Do yourself a favor, find a product from a different vendor. They are not worth the stress; especially if you'll never receive the product anyway.

I am using Hyperx devices for a 5 years now. Sometimes it really hard to find a hardware that fits all your need but after doing some research I own 2 keyboards (first one was ruined due heavy liquid damage wink wink) and headphones with a mouse. All devices simply works.

Whilst they make some good products, just hope you never have to deal with their customer service. I am trying to return an order which I can do in line with their published returns policy on their UK site but they are arguing that the return window is 14 days when their website says 30 and even extended until January 2025 for November orders. I will never, ever, buy from them again as this is becoming farcical.

Köpte ett par HyperX Cloud II hörlurar i somras. Nu har dom redan gått sönder. Köptes på NetOnNet.
Det som hände var att plasten som håller själva metalldelen som förlänger hörlurarna sprack! Och ser man recensionerna på NetOnNets sida så är det fler som har exakt samma fel.
NetOnNet vägrar ta in dom som garanti och hävdar att spricka in kan uppstå av sig själv utan att jag hade suttit sönder dom. Fullkomligt skrattretande att dom tror det när andra har exakt samma problem!
