Excellent level of support and service!

Friendliest RMA/support team I've had the pleasure of interacting with, in a long while.

Dealt with the RMA team twice in a 5 year period and they have treated me very well as a customer, asking the necessary information from me quickly and resolving my issue within a very reasonable amount of time.

Extremely happy customer and looking forward to buying more products in the near future.

So my corsair gaming mouse had problems…

So my corsair gaming mouse had problems with the left click not working. Poor omron switches. Since I game every day, I looked around on Amazon and found the HyperX Pulsefire Raid. I really like the side buttons even thou they are small and close together. But mainly it is simple and the left and right click buttons work better. Time will tell if this will last. But I am so impressed I purchased the same gaming mouse for half the price at Currys.co.uk as a backup.

Complete garbage paid for it 500 pln…

Complete garbage paid for it 500 pln which is over 100 USD and after a week the cable mixed up so much that from 5m cable i had 40cm. Then after sometime this garbage started disconnecting and connecting every 5 seconds to my PC and crashing my games. Never buy that not worth even a dollar. Worst headphones ive had.

Top CS, HyperX!

I had a cable give up on on the Cloud Alpha headphones and was having trouble getting a replacement as they weren't for sale on the website so I contacted customer service and they were super helpful and managed to help resolve the problem. A while go I used SteelSeries and their CS team absolutely suck - unhelpful and unfriendly and the HyperX were the total opposite - very helpful, very friendly, very timely. A* experience for me. Thanks team.

Amazing Customer Service!!!

The customer service report was absolutely terrific! Customer service was very kind, extremely helpful, and consistent in providing quality service. The man I worked with was very thorough in his questions, making sure that he understood the issue in its entirety. He worked with me over the course of half the month via email (very fast responses too!) to figure out what was wrong with my mic. I came in with not being able to have my mic work with my PC and PS4 and mentioned how it had actually been not working perfectly since first purchased, but lately haven't been able to get the mic to work at all, and after working back and forth together, he was able to localize the problem and generously granted me the parts needed to fix the issue as a one time courtesy as my headset turned out to be out of warranty. I was so pleased with the service that even if the new parts don't end up working, I'll be sure to return to HyperX for my future gaming needs!

Garbage quality keyboard

Garbage quality HyperX Alloy Origins Red keyboard with double clicking problem, which makes writing literally a pain in the ssA, worse with typing a password and can't log in because one or two letters double types and I can't see what letter double clicked.
Had to create a text document with my passwords and copy-paste them because can't log in any other way.
Hard reset helped for a moment. Then after a while the same crap again. Other people have the same problem, from what I have searched on the forums.
After such a wonderful experience I am not going to buy their products again.
What is the point of keyboard if you spend more time correcting double clicks than actually writing???

RMA/Warranty

Had one of the ear cups/drivers stop working (on the right side) on my Cloud Alpha and contacted HyperX Support.

They were very quick to respond and after receiving a cable that did not fix the issue they then sent a brand new replacement headset. Both were sent within a couple days of emailing support - which is amazing.

Very happy with the level of customer service and the speed of the replacement.

The cloud flight s got a firmware…

The cloud flight s got a firmware update recently and now there is constant and annoying crackling in most games I play. This update took place months ago and they have multiple tickets stating the issues, but they will not do anything about it and have not responded to my ticket.

Mouse works most of the time but…

Mouse works most of the time but sometimes the wireless connection has issues. Bought this mouse because it supports Qi charging except it doesn't; it doesn't work at all. The feet collect insane amounts of dust and dirt. Don't buy this mouse. Instead encourage buying proper hardware like Logitech.

Marque pas terrible.

Un seul produit est digne de ce nom (HyperX cloud 2), j'avais acheté un HyperX revolver et c'était vraiment terrible comme affaire (Le casque avait un bruit blanc constant et apparemment c'était ma faute/mon problème selon le support).

Je ne juge pas seulement la marque sur 1 seul produit mais bien évidemment sur le fait qu'il n'y ait absolument aucun logiciel qui permet de manipuler le casque (pas d'égalisateur, rien). Je trouve également tous leurs casque très moyen au niveau de la qualité sonore et le fait qu'il n'y ait absolument aucun égalisateur rend le produit encore plus médiocre.

Le support quant à lui était très flou, je n'ai reçu aucune réponse via mail de leur support et la seule réponse que j'ai reçu (celle où ils ont implicitement dit que le problème venait de moi et pas du produit en lui-même) était sur reddit. Encore heureux qu'amazon soit efficace pour les renvois.

HyperX Cloud Flight S

My review is based on using this headset on a Playstation 4.

I previously owned headsets that costs almost 3 times the Flight S and whilst they sound amazing, I've had many reliability issues with them, so I decided to buy the Flight S until I get a PS5.

The Good/Great:
The Flight S sounds great. At first I was a little worried it would be too bass heavy as it has a frequency response of 10Hz-20000Hz, but I was wrong and none of the frequencies over power the other. The bass/lows and mids are powerful, but warm enough and the highs are not harsh, but extremely detailed, so the imaging and directional queues are simply outstanding. Great and clean sound quality overall. It's also quite a loud headset.

Just don't bother with the surround sound. It's bad on all headsets including the Flight S. It's okish on some open world games, but really bad for games in which you need to listen to important sounds like footsteps.

Super comfortable. Even though I prefer the part of the earpads that make contact with my ears/skin to be velour or soft material, these have super plush memory foam and soft leather earpads and they're still super comfortable.

Functions and features are fully supported on the PS4. Full game/chat balance, mic mute, mic monitoring all at a touch of a button on the left earcup. Each has its dedicated button and very easy to access.

Battery life is advertised as 30 hours at 50% volume, but I use this headset at max volume all the time and I still got around 20 hours out of it.

Qi charging technology. Great feature, but I always charge the headset with the included usb cable.

The Mediocre/Bad:
The Ngenuity Software is pretty basic and not much you can do on there. Just basic stuff like mic and volume adjustments, turn on and off surround sound and that's pretty much it. All pointless to be honest as you can do all those adjustments on the headset itself.

It still says the Ngenuity Software is a Beta version, so I'm guessing and hoping they will soon add more features on there, especially EQ adjustments. Headset software is pointless without an EQ option.

Game/Voice chat mix is not the real chat mix you get on other headsets. On the Flight S it's basically another volume dial. What it's supposed to do is, when you choose to have more game or voice, whichever one you decide to hear more then the other should decrease. For example, if I choose to have more game sound because my teammates are being loud, I would press the game button to increase the game sound and that would also decrease the voice of my teammates. But what this does is, increase or decrease both at the same time. So it's not real chat mix.

Conclusion:
I can only give 3 stars due to the software and chat mix. I really wanted to keep this headset as it sounds so good, but I can get other headsets that would equally have good sound and that actually has a genuine chat mix option.

Message for HyperX:
Please please please improve the Ngenuity Software by adding more features, especially an option to be able to adjust our own EQ settings. Also, please ensure on your next generation headsets, if you're going to add chat mix, make sure it's actually the real chat mix.
