Thanks for your 5 star review. Sorry about our shipping partners with EU order sometimes they can get alittle delayed with customs etc. In future at checkout please ask for DDP (deliver duties paid) and we can invoice and pay unfront which really speeds the process up and stop delays at customs also if you prefur UPS this can be arranged no problem.
