Better than other Hydro shops
Very good service, I got my order next day as described along with very helpful emails from them at each stage giving me tracking information and notifications to tell me my order was on its way. The products I bought are top quality and this companies customer service is top notch. Thank you Hytec, I will be back.

Great service
These guys are great, order was filled very quickly and they phoned me to inform me that I had ordered "click and collect" and that looking at my address that it was probably a mistake, which it was (on my side). Very friendly and helpful, will definitely use them again.

Bad experience overall
Bad experience overall. Wasted time.
Purchased several items with a discount code only to find out that they were out of stock. The website said in stock. Still says in stock.
The person on the other end tried to sell me an unknown item.
After asking for some tech specs no response. No response at all after that.
Requested a refund. No communication here either. After couple of days got my refund.

We are very sorry that you feel this way as we have made every attempt to contact you by phone and email with no reply maybe the emails went to a spam folder and the phone number you gave us was incorrect.
As per our fulifulment policy if an item is out of stock from our suppliers we will offer you an alternative or simlar product or a refund which we did with no reply so we refunded your order.
We ship many orders per day with great success, I hope you can appreciate that sometimes items are out of stock with us and our suppliers.
Again sorry that you feel this way and we would like to apologize for this and would hope you can give us another chance to supply you in the future.
