Highly recommend IAM
Selina who was our instructor was amazing! Couldn’t have wished for a nicer person to help me through my course and my personal journey. I was dreading attending, however I was made to feel comfortable and enjoyed meeting some of the other lovely people attending the course who were going through the same experiences as me and therefore I didn’t feel isolated.
I learnt a lot from the course, and even though I knew I didn’t want to go through my experience ever again, I certainly learnt more to give me even more reason.
My only negative feedback, and not a reflection on Selina’s amazing character and good traits, was that some people on the course took advantage of her kind nature, didn’t participate enough or were given too many warnings/chances and should have been kicked off the course as it wasn’t fair that us people who did stick to the rules and put effort in were effected and had to carry people, also don’t think people should be allowed to attend if they don’t understand English well enough and therefore have to waste our time by getting instructor to repeat themselves or get them to understand the simplest of tasks. Definitely recommend this course.

I recently completed training with IAM…
I recently completed training with IAM RoadSmart and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The coaching from Selena was professional, supportive, and tailored to my individual needs. The observer provided clear, constructive feedback that helped me improve my driving skills, awareness, and confidence on the road.
What stood out most was the positive and encouraging approach. Rather than simply pointing out areas for improvement, the training focused on developing safer driving habits and understanding the reasons behind them. The sessions were informative, enjoyable, and genuinely valuable.
I would highly recommend IAM RoadSmart to anyone looking to become a safer, more confident, and more capable driver. The quality of the training and the value for money make it a worthwhile investment.
