I recently bought a new ICarsoft V4.0 to replace my V3 obd reader. Love the new features and the ability to hold multiple brands in one device. Additionally the support at ICarsoft is first class. Highly recommended.

MT pro is Absolutely a waste of money & time.
Does not perform on most of the motorcycles, add to it the poor customer support & irrelevant replies.
Had purchased it in US around December 2025 started using it in January 2026 in India.Till date no satisfactory reply or solving of issues.

Purchased icarsoft eu max from EU dealer few years ago. Scanner worked more or less ok up till first upgrade of software. After upgrading the software, the scanner just didnt worked properly. I am using Mac computers so it was the pain is the ass to get newest program version. I was strugling for 3-4 days to fix issue but didnt succeded. Support was refering as "corrupted sd card", I bought brand new 32GB sd card and nothing new happened. Tried to go thru Windows computer, but also no success. At least I throw the scanner to garbage as it was absolute no use of it. After from different shop I bought Icar Vgate OBD2 bluetooth connector (28 eur), downloaded the Car scanner ELM app from internet to my tablet (it is free of charge and ONLY 6 eur if you want PRO version) no subscription and it works MUCH MUCH faster and better. Pairing of BT connector and software took less than a minute. I have got access to much more parameters of my car than I had before. So dont be fooled by the sellers telling "best OBD scanner". Spending at least only 34 euro I have much more professional OBD scanning system than the one i had from icarsoft.

Miserable support. Cannot upgrade the E660 from the App Store. Requires a Password out of WHERE? . . . When? What? Requires a UserID . . . from where? Requires both a S/N and a UID? Are they the same?
-- The software support writer obviously never tested his own work.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. Wish I saw these Trustpilot reviews before I decided to purchase the product from iCarsoft.

I sent and email to the company inquiring as to whether the product would perform services on my Porsche car. They responded that "the PORII meets your requirements."

I then purchased the product. However, it did not perform the functions. I tried to call the customer service number, but no one ever answered. Finally, they admitted that the product they recommended I purchase would not perform the battery reset.

They then offered to sell me a different product for more money if I would send them back the one that did not function as promised.

I do not trust this company nor it's products. The customer service is poor at best, and they do not stand behind their product.

They have stopped responding to emails, so I can't even return the product, as they do not post a return USA address on their site.

I do not recommend doing business with this company.

J'étais à la recherche d'un outil de diagnostic performant et après plusieurs échanges par mail le personnel d'icarsoft a su répondre parfaitement à mes demandes et me conseiller l'outil qui satisferait mes besoins.
Le service client étant à Dijon, tout s'est fait rapidement et l'outil etait livré en 2 jours.
Vraiment une super écoute et une super réactivité. Merci à toute l'équipe.
Ne changez rien.

Service client nul à chié. Depuis 5 jours que j'ai reçu ma valise j'ai essayé de contacter le service client Par mail et via des formulaires je n'est toujours pas de réponse car j'ai contacté pour avoir un coup de main à la mise en route de la valise car j'ai un problème de connexion j'ai essayé de la mettre à jour mais rien à faire et le service client ne réponde pas ! Pourtant j'ai relancé à plusieurs reprises !. À fuir n'achèter surtout pas chez eux !!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Quand vous demandez a l avance au constructeur l appareil adéquat pour faire telle ou telle chose et que ça ne le fait pas c est nul et énervant donc passez votre chemin et offrez-vous un super resto

La première approche avec ce dispositif a été très conviviale.
C’est un outil performant et complet, d’une facilité d’utilisation à toute épreuve .
Je n’hésite pas à m’en servir pour la moindre anomalie sur mon véhicule ainsi que pour son entretien.

Bonjour je viens d'acheter l'outil de diagnostique CR UNICORN avec l' IM2000 Pro. L'ensemble commande et livraison c'est déroulé à la perfection, en plus 2 cadeaux lors de la commande une rallonge OBDII et le testeur de liquide frein, Merci.
Je n'est pas encore pu tester l' IM2000 Pro, mais pour la tablette, c'est nickel ce que j'attendais. Je recommande.

Très satisfait du produit. J’ai réalisé une demande de compatibilité et j’ai eu un retour très rapide. Je recommande fortement.

J’ai commandé un kit e85 pour ma chrysler v6. Malheureusement je n’ai pas pu verifier les injecteurs avant le démontage et je n’avais pas les bonnes connexions, après un contact avec le service marketing mon problème a vite était réglé avec un remboursement rapide et une autre commande aussi rapide j’ai installé le kit en moins d’une semaine, et tout fonctionne sans problème. Merci à vous

La gamme Icarsoft permet de satisfaire tous types d'utilisateurs et tous types de budgets.
Les mises à jour gratuites jusqu'à la CR Max sont un vrai plus pour les utilisateurs non professionnels.
Étant particulier, je ne me suis pas intéressé à la gamme Pro mais je ne doute pas qu'elle soit adaptée à une utilisation commerciale.
Le sav est au top !
