J’ai acheter cette valise diagnostique début mai 2025, ICarsoft CR Ultra et m’en sert depuis 6 mois et franchement c’est une excellente valise diag, une des meilleur que j’ai eu depuis 2014, je recommande ce produit et imagine les modèles au dessus de celle là,

Je n'ai pas hésité lorsque j'ai voulu qu'on s'équipe d'un outil de diagnostic pour nos véhicules et ceux de nos proches. J'étais tombé sur une vidéo sur Youtube de GLB qui montrait une valise Icarsoft,j'ai tout de suite sur que c'était elle qu'il nous fallait. Il à fallu attendre un peu et mettre de côté pour que je l'offre à ma femme qui aime autant la mécanique que moi. J'ai pris la Icarsoft CR max BT car c'est celle qui nous convient le mieux.

Très satisfait de mon achat . Cette valise est top ..achetée pour le remplacement de mes plaquettes de freins ..il fallait desserrer le frein électrique….la prise en mains est très facile .. la mise à jour en wifi ultra rapide ..j’ai reçu cette valise rapidement et parfaitement emballée..merci à Icarsolf.

Bonjour, j'ai commandé la CR MAX BT cela fait maintenant plusieurs mois et j'ai découvert un outil très performant par rapport a ce que j'avais avant, elle est facile à utiliser même pour un débutant comme moi dans le diagnostic, elle m'a déjà fait gagner un temps fou sur plusieurs véhicules, la batterie tient très bien et cerise sur le gâteau il y a les mises à jour régulièrement et gratuitement, quand j'ai passé commande elle est arrivé dans les 48h et très bien emballé, j'apprécie beaucoup la caméra (option)elle marche vraiment bien ainsi que les nombreux câbles d'adaptation pour les anciens véhicules (option)je ne regrette pas cette achat et j'espère pouvoir m'en servir encore longtemps, merci à l'équipe icarsoft qui tient bien ses engagements.

Achat d'un CR-max de icarsoft. Tout fonctionne très bien et reçu en 24h... J'ai pas compris une fonction le SAV icarsoft a répondu présent, rapidement et très clairement. L'outil en lui même est très performant et répond tout a fait a mes attentes. Je recommande...

Super site, navigation très fluide. Matériel de très bonne qualité, livraison avec suivi très rapide. Pour ma part la valise de diagnostic icarsoft crmax et top. Le petit plus c'est qu'elle est en langue française.

icarsoft support didn’t resolve issue with software update straight away I foundout there was a bug issue on the sd card, my computer notified me and cleaned it after formatting fat32 then I updated the software update again and it worked. Have to be patient doing this stuff. Great help by Louise Lea USA support.

Wanted this to bleed the brakes on Renault van. Emailed to ask them if it would work for that purpose and was told yes it would. Paid the money and got the machine to find that no it doesn’t support that function on my vehicle. Now wanting to return but facing a 10% restocking fee through no fault of my own. I would steer well clear of this company who wont admit to their mistakes.

Thinking it would take a couple of days.
This is day 6 and so far UPS have not received the parcel.
I asked to cancel the order and was told I couldn't because it had already gone.
UPS say they have not received it yet.

Franchement très déçu par mon expérience avec iCarsoft et l’activation de RenoLink. Après avoir suivi toutes leurs instructions et renvoyé plusieurs fois les mêmes fichiers, je me retrouve à tourner en rond pendant des jours sans aucune solution. On m’a même redirigé vers des pages qui n’ont rien à voir, et au final, j’ai perdu mon temps et mon argent. Ma voiture est toujours en panne, et honnêtement, je me sens arnaqué. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

why do they only do diagnostic tools for certain groups of cars, I changed my car to a different manufacturer and it wont give me full diagnostics as it cant recognise the car.....

Ils se cachent derrière les mails, la valise Cr Max soit disant la meilleure ne détecte plus le défaut airbag et suspension pneumatique sur Porsche. Leur seule réponse : leur envoyer la valise et il me rembourse
A EVITER ICARSOFT

Initially we did not have a problem until we updated the device, We then lost our vehicles. Vauxhall Cascada and Insignia, Have been trying to get it resolved since Feburary, We are now fed up with all the emails and requests. Will now be looking for a different device.

I am rating this based on price. The CR Max is a decent tool with lots of features. The interface will not win any wow awards, but the scanner does what it says and quite well for the price. In terms of features it completely destroys other DIY tools like the TOPDON TopScan. If you want a tool to diagnose your own cars, then this is your best option. It will not compete with higher end scanners like more expensive TOPDON or Thinktool, but comparing these is not fair as they will cost you 6 to 10 times more. And for most DIY work, you will not require the additional features that more expensive scanners provide.

Absolute dog faeces company. Diagnostic crashed and asked for information regarding resetting the tool.
Absolutely nothing and I wished I hadn’t purchased it.

Do not buy this piece of junk as they don’t give a toss once they have your money.

Like everyone else on here, I updated my software and there are no updates. It only goes back to 2017 for many cars. That was 8 years ago. Piece of Junk. DO NOT BUY

Purchased the version 3 for opal/ vauxhall, complete waste of money, the scanner does not read codes that are generated by the "svs" message, ended up buying a different scanner to do the job, the icarsoft is now just an expensive brick.

Initially I liked the device, then I got a newer Mercedes GLE 350D, manufactured just a year after I bought the i980 Scanner and yet there have been NO updates.
I am on i980 with BENZ Multi-sys Scanner Firmware, V2.25, released 2018-01-17, yet my 2017 Car is not listed and from a year after I bought the scanner iCarsoft have only released 1 firmware update. They just want you to keep buying new scanners.
I for one won't ever by another iCarsoft product ever again.

DO NOT ORDER. Ordered a diagnostic scanner from them after discussion on chat with customer service. Was told what to order ( 3.0 scanner) and a 38 pin adapter. Did not work as I was told. Contacted and they said they forwarded information to engineer for resolution. Never heard back. Asked for return information and they have been non-existent. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ONCE PURCHASED.
