I purchased the MB3.0 and adapter(38 pin). This was after chatting with representatives about it's ability to read codes, diagnose and remedy an issue I have with the roof module on a 1996 Mercedes SL320.
The chat feature was extraordinarily cumbersome to get information and a response (day delay).
Post purchase: Chat feature has been down and can not view history of our conversation. Using email to discuss issues with diagnosis and compatability. Stated that they would forward to their engineer for remedy but have not heard back. DO NOT PURCHASE based on what they tell you. Do other research. It has been my experience that they will tell you what you want to hear to sell you their device. Very poor response time, if any. Nearly zero post purchase support.

This company sucks for any post sales and support issues. Non existent!!!!!! Don't buy yourself a headache. Stay away...........

I bought the CR-Elite and wanted to update the battery part & serial number of an Audi A4 but it did not work. Tried to call them numerous times, emailed al the addresses, no response what so ever! unbelievable this company is still around after i see so many similar complaints.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND!!!!!

Je me tourne vers la DGCCRF pour un signalement. la Je regrette mon achat, l'outil n'est pas compatible avec ma voiture alors que ce devrait être le cas selon la documentation. Retour refusé par le vendeur et plus aucun contact possible après des échanges très tendus.

There is 0 customer support, I bought the icarsoft pro+ 6 months ago and it has an error code and will not read anything. Tried to fix it on there website with no luck.
2 months, 15 emails and 60 phone calls and no response.
Never buy this product, should be sold on wish.com

Pour ma part, mon experience avec iCARSOFT est positive, j'ai acheté l'interface avec le logiciel Renolink? que j'ai recu rapidement par la poste. J'ai commencé à prendre en main cet outils et j'ai déja pu effectuer les quelques opérations que j'avais à faire au niveau de mon véhicule.

There is no customer/product support. It does not exist, they won't even reply to emails. The diagnostic tool doesn't even do half the things it is supposed to do! It's a scam! A huge scam! I don't understand how they are allowed to sell their products in this country!

Bought myself a CR Max, reasons for buying are its capabilities it's price and the no subscription based updates.
The reader is built extremely well built and very hardy.
I found it read my BMW 335d absolutely fine but i had an issue with it not being able to code my Mercedes 113 vito injectors. But after creating a data log and emailing icarsoft support, an update patch was made within days and the issue fixed. I never had to wait long for a response to my emails. The tool and its support or what most companies should be like. Would happily recommend to others.

This company has posted phone number and they don't answer. Not even a way to leave a message. When a customer calls they need to talk with someone not post emails and hope someone calls you back. This is how you make a good customer a bad one. We are now in the market for 5 more units for our locations it definitely will not be icarsoft. You sit around and wait for someone to call you and when it happens you may not be around. This is total BS dealing with this kind of company. Anyone in the market DON'T BUY THIS ICARSOFT...

Pas de mise à jour via ordi Mac. Le site dédié sur app store plante au bout de 1mn, obligé à réformateur la carte sd à chaque tentative. Contact pris avec icarsoft. Réponse rapide: formaté et téléchargez, c'est long..
Quand la plate-forme dédiée coupe d'elle même au bout de 5mn, ça peut durer des millénaires.
Le Sav ne répond plus.
Fuyez, c'est une arnaque.

Publicité mensongère et SAV à vomir
Achat d'un modèle CP V1.0 censé être compatible Renault Dacia d'après le site internet.
Surprise, les diag Renault et Dacia ne sont pas présents. Le SAV m'a baladé pendant 1 mois pour me dire finalement de racheter un modèle plus récent... Quel blague. Regardez la seconde page d'avis Icarsoft France sur Truspilot, vous y trouverez des avis qui reflètent davantage la société.

I bought an icarsoft KHD2 tool to use on my Santa fe 2 years ago, because it allowed re-setting of Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) and forced regeneration of the DPF. I have not needed to use the diagnostic tool until now for the 2 problems mentioned above. I now find that the tool doesn't do either of these functions. several emails to icarsoft and the only reply I got was to "I'm afraid that KHD II can't support that on your car" yet clearly stated in the advertising bumf is " 8. Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) system maintenance deactivates and reactivates the EPB system for replacement and initialization." "9.Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) regeneration control system, requests the DPF regeneration process while DPF blockage and turn off the DPF indicator." They are just not interested in aftersales service or problems.

Matériel bien reçu mais aucun mail de confirmation de commande,pas de facture,donc pas de preuve d'achat et pas de garantie!!! ne répondent à aucun mails et message vocal.Une véritable escroquerie!!

arnaque attention

Just will not reply to emails, 3 sent in 10 days including support@ and sales@. All have been ignored. I have what appears to be a brand new but faulty CR Max supplied directly by Amazon EU, so not some shady seller.

Forget the paid for reviews on the internet, choose another brand with decent support.

Edit: contact was made miraculously after I left the review. The C's rep according to grammar and time to respond to emails appeared to be in China and not the USA as claimed. Sent LOTS of screenshots and logs and still could not suggest why my top of the range scanner could not produce standard OBD2 fault codes. As soon as my questions got difficult, I was ghosted- literally.

Jeg havde en Opel ll tester som meldte fejl under opstart, det blev løst af Icarsoft via min pc hvor det micro kort blev sat ind og de via fjernbetjening af min pc formateret det kort og lagde nyt program ind, og nu virker min tester igen, så i kan købe ting fra lcarsoft.com, da de har en meget god service

Suite à une vidange j’ai effacer le témoin mon véhicule n’a plus voulu démarrer suite à une expertise land rover la volé ayant effacer mon ecu moteur je déconseille et ils ne souhaite pas avoir de mauvaise avis j’ai toutes les preuve contre cette entreprise

Purchased the appropriate unit for my car Kia venga 1.6 2018 after initial call. Over a year later I found out, from an issue I came a across, that I needed to buy a different unit, but as it was over a year old they would not allow me to exchange and pay the difference for the one I now found I required! Other issues I came across during the year did work, but importantly, now it appears not everything.

Icarsoft V2 Mercedes. This device cannot even reset the service overdue warning on a 2019 C Class estate (S205). This fairly common vehcle does not even appear on a number of the menus. The device has been fully updated. I should have read the reviews prior to purchase.
